First you could spend a couple hundred dollars to build a time machine and go back into time, and partake of the cup of immortality made from the blood of Zeus to attain the voice of a God, or you could just practice singing with a deep raspy voice. Genetics and hormone levels have a lot to do with the development of an individual's voice, so a lot of it is luck. But I'm sure if you haven't undergone already, puberty should help.
