the best way to fight deathclaw is go stealth with the anti-material rifle using incindary rounds. as well have higher level and good gun skills. they're easy to take out if they're by themselves but in groups they can be tough to handle. so that's why i prefer going stealth and kill them from a distance.
@MetalGearRexPilot no really difficulty was normal, its all about the way you attack them+ i attacked from quite a range with a scope and 100 gun skill
Goto ceasers legion theres a mother deathclaw there too i used the shishkebab...you havent been afraid untill uve seen a mother deathclaw chaising u while shes on fire.... remnants power rmor is there also

How do i raise my Karma? I realized being an evil person running around Mojave Outpost killing people with a mini gun, a Cowboy Repeater, and an Incinerator is quite bad now that everywhere i go i got NCR Troopers on my tail. Im wondering if someone can give me some places or guide me to where i can help civilians around the Fallout world to raise my karma and become a helpful person.
@BearHunterPROJECT Ok, your gonna have to go to New Vegas and deal with Benny, the guy that shoots you in the beginning of the game? When you come out of the casino, an NCR guy will come up, so will a Legion dude, they'll reset your karma with those factions and ask you to come with them. The most you can do afterwards, is act REAL nice to both factions, do a few quests for em', and thats that. I had the same problem a while ago. Until then, just keep being as much of a prick as possible :)

I suggest buying it from Bardon at hoover dam, he sells it 1000 rounds at a time :) The only non-unique guns I own are the AMR, 12.7mm pistol, Fat man, and of course the Brush gun. Some of the best guns in the game, most of the others can be found in the unique versions and are more powerful anyways...

I was talking to that first guy at a low level, and I activated the same dialogue but he just said I would need to be "the toughest bastard out there, and You ain't him." Than a young deathclaw noticed us from way out there and killed him. Gave me just enough time to finish the thing off too :)
You need that perk call ........... I forgot the name but the special is knock the target down with a shotgun. if you use a riot shotgun with a gattling laser. you can kill them all with ease OR riot shotgun with grenade minigun. The weapons you currently use do not break their DT.
Try getting the "punchy" gun, its hidden in a hill by the volcano on the top left of the map, u gotta kill a bunch of lake lurkers though. It's super powerful, its like power fist times 10
it dont matter what difficulty you choose for these deathclaws at 1:34 the rocks to your left!!! start climbing there and make sure you stay on rocks on top!!! when you see deathclaws you can start shooting them with sneak attack + chritical damage. they will try to get you but either wait at the bottom or run away. just advance time 1hr if they run away they will respawn right back at the quarry. and for mother deathclaw I say use a god damn anti-material rifle!!!! :D have fun.

I play on very hard plus hardcore but i defeated these monsters with the AMR at 20+ level, with a power armor in good condition on, just so: i attracted a monster for time, then i went in safe position ( on a high rock or on the roll where they can't arrive to hurt you ) and shooted their legs ( in vats because my free aim sucks if i must be very accurate ) to cripple them..then, they were slowly and easy to kill, even on very hard + hardcore. NOTE: DEATHCLAWS CANT JUMP ONTO ROCKS... so aftr u jump on a rock, pick them off 1 by 1 or if u dont have a sniper rifle, and u have an alien blaster, just run through there and shoot at them... 1 shot disentegrates a deathclaw
dude, a good team is the very first part of taking down deathclaws... but if u tend to do it the hard way being badass with just u versus a whole fricking familly of deathclaws like i did, u will need to get a sniper rifle, alien blaster, or some other badass gun and jump on a rock...

I was hunting deathclaws once, one jumped out of literally nowhere while i had it at max volume and scared the crap out of my friend who jumped back 5 ft.
When I first got this game, I went to new vegas straight away, and this guy warned me of the nightclaws ahead, I thought it was just some kind of scorpion, I suddenly lost half my health, turned around and saw this BLOODY GREAT MASSIVE BEAST, 5 OF THEM! D:
Ahh I remember going against deathclaws with poor weapons. 600 9mm bullets, 200 10mm, and well pretty much EVERY BULLET I HAD LATER. I became victorious, by using good positions and luckily confused Deathclaws :D
@lewischapple09 it is easy if u have the gause rifle,anti material rifle, or alien blaster. you also need some good power armor. i use the gannon family tesla armor and i have a companion. killing deathclaws is easy if u have the right stuff.
look all you need is to get a anti material rifle from ncr (or buy it at gun runners) repair it to max, like 110 dam, and then go at night, use cateye, steady, and a stealth boy. One shot to the head of the alpha male can take it down if your about 20 feet away
if you get up on the crane in the middle they can't reach you so you can just shoot em' all from there on the ledge to the side jump on that and they can't reach you
Tips: don't fuckin run into the Quarry Junction, the Deathclaws are hardest to kill there, thats why u died, and don't use fucking frag nades on them, they do not work on Deathclaws
on the way to vegas, u can get on a rock that the deathclaws cant get to. I just kill them with a hunting rifle/10mm sub./dynamite/power fist ^^ killed 8, then I got bored coz it takes ages :P
The only fault with this game though are the invisible walls, half of the buildings in this game are boarded up literally, and there are not enough raider or fiends to kill, also the few bugs
dude just ingnore all those idiots who boast about how u died and they didnt, they probaly dont do anything else with there lives, any way the best tactic mate is to get on the those cranes with the anti 50.cal rifle thing, that should do the trick, so yeah just ignore these idiots
why upload a video of you dying? if i wanted to see that i would just watch my own gamplay. but you can kill them with a anti material rifle or a mini chaingun found near the deathclaws nest.
@ChewyCervantes playing the game on very hard difficulty doesn't make you that good, it just means ur spending shit tons of caps on armor piercing bullets + u aren't even able to enjoy the game cause u have to stealth around EVERYWHERE to get sneak crits, and have to waste 15 AMR shots on one deathclaw
@pikmin45 fat man doesnt kill them in one shot usually... idk why, but i'd recommend getting the AMR (Anti-Material Rifle) or the YCS/186 or guass rifl.

Ahh I remember going against deathclaws with poor weapons. 600 9mm bullets, 200 10mm, and well pretty much EVERY BULLET I HAD LATER. I became victorious, by using good positions and luckily confused Deathclaws :D

@lewischapple09 it is easy if u have the gause rifle,anti material rifle, or alien blaster. you also need some good power armor. i use the gannon family tesla armor and i have a companion. killing deathclaws is easy if u have the right stuff.

look all you need is to get a anti material rifle from ncr (or buy it at gun runners) repair it to max, like 110 dam, and then go at night, use cateye, steady, and a stealth boy. One shot to the head of the alpha male can take it down if your about 20 feet away

This is easy I did it at level 17 and I didnt die once. U go where the can't see u and snipe while ur companions can go down and fight.

if you get up on the crane in the middle they can't reach you so you can just shoot em' all from there on the ledge to the side jump on that and they can't reach you

Tips: don't fuckin run into the Quarry Junction, the Deathclaws are hardest to kill there, thats why u died, and don't use fucking frag nades on them, they do not work on Deathclaws

on the way to vegas, u can get on a rock that the deathclaws cant get to. I just kill them with a hunting rifle/10mm sub./dynamite/power fist ^^ killed 8, then I got bored coz it takes ages :P

The only fault with this game though are the invisible walls, half of the buildings in this game are boarded up literally, and there are not enough raider or fiends to kill, also the few bugs

@ChewyCervantes playing the game on very hard difficulty doesn't make you that good, it just means ur spending shit tons of caps on armor piercing bullets + u aren't even able to enjoy the game cause u have to stealth around EVERYWHERE to get sneak crits, and have to waste 15 AMR shots on one deathclaw
