what happened was that he was suspened for game 4 but NJ got a court injunction to let him coach the game. as it says the officials (newell, scampy, and another linesman) didn't do the game as a protest and they got replacements. you're right though, the league eventually did suspend him for game 5

meggabill. the flyers goal should of counted morrison hit the goalie and thorenson hit morrsion when he had the puck. no interference. and i saw the goal your talking about from earlier in the year. against the lightening? the defenseman for the lightning didn't have the puck and your player hit him meaning there should of been an interference call. the refs messed up calling it a goalie interfernce call because there own player hit the goalie but they were right about that goal not being a goal
