Historically Blacks were not the ones that were enslaved. However , we are the ones that suffered the longest , and hardest from this exploitive institution! 1) The ESRB doesn't rate games until they have the finished game sitting in front of them. If a game so early in development existed it would get an RP.
2) Rated games are on the ESRB website and this isn't.
3) Microsoft and Sony don't allow games rated AO to appear on their consoles.
4) The Creative Assembly are allegedly involved from but along parent company Sega have denied any involvement.
5) "Javelin Reds Gaming" has no website or indeed any other sign of existing.

I thought it was real until I saw the Sony and Xbox labels. Sony said they would not release Rated AO games and Microsoft is an American company...
