They would have had a big build up to the face to face, a few words said, maybe make it as if he was about to shake his hand and then pulled hand away and slapped him, also the strength of the slap shows that sheik wasn't too sure what to do and went for a slap not to hurt but to humiliate & make his feelings clear

I don't think it was work I just think Blair reacted to the hit like that because he was a. Wrestler at one point and he just reacted like it was a bump.
