  • Is it possible to buy it on DVD with proper sound and better image quality??

  • @MarMPB There is no sound at all, that some mechanism to run the film on a old 16mm.

  • Great race but insanely dangerous. How it continued until 1973 goodness knows.

  • Could you imagine standing there to witness those historic cars, hearing and feeling them as they race past?? Dangerous yes but in those days people were responsible for themselves. Thank you for this peek into the past.

  • saw a audi r8 today. real cool

  • mille, nurburgring, and monaco

  • An observation:

Long before the triple crown of endurance racing (Daytona,Sebring,Le Mans),races like the Targa,Mille Miliga, and The Tourist Trophy were the races.

  • Mille Milia is actually younger than Le Mans.

For me that triple crown thing is also a bit overrated, it should only be the big 2, Le Mans and Nürburgring.

  • here it's near at Tribune of Cerda after 4-7 curve
