  • beautiful!

  • kick ass

  • white blood cells are for fighting infections.

  • I just tried that for the first time today, it seems impossible! Congrats.

  • damn man nice!

  • NICE!

  • This is more of a forearm exercise right? Because dips and pullups come easy to me, but when I try to transition from the pull to the dip, my wrists won't allow me to pivot upwards?

  • @jrk987 Most people have the strength to do it, but the transition from pull-up to dip is the hardest part.

  • @JoeyMorgan619 haha yeah i know right? Any tips?

  • @jrk987 Kind of hard to explain over text. Just make sure everything is in one motion and get a good grip on the bar with your palm instead of just your fingers

  • AAAAAAAA very good stuff!

  • make a tutoiral on how to do a slow muscle up with no momentum

  • crazy stuff man. very impressive, thanks for sharing!

  • crazy stuff man. very impressive, thanks for sharing!

  • wow :O very very good!

  • Duuuude.. this made my arms hurt just by watching! Great job man!

  • make a how to video :D

  • YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • very impressive

  • nice idea..i'll try it on my desk ^_- d

  • Hell yeah Daniel ... that was great!!

  • Ha i love your motivation, training on a pool table. Although it looks like you have a chin up bar by now, according to the extra info. I have a pull up bar in my basement for pull/chin ups, and i have one nailed to two trees outside for muscle ups and such

  • great, but u can't do that on a round bar, esp if its slimer

  • @ovaxova

it's way easier on a bar

  • Impressive!

  • haha good use of the reverse function on your video! Makes it look good but a shame you cheated!

  • insane!

  • Man, you make that look easy, but I know it isn't.

  • thats pretty awesome just because you used the pool table

  • yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • one of my goals is to work myself up to do a muscle up.

  • bad ass dude

  • By far the most explosive slow controlled muscle-up vid I've ever seen

  • @jerellem explosive :|

  • Yes,

Fast twitch = White blood cells, fast explosive movements but for a brief period of time.

Slow twitch = Red blood cells, gradual contraction over an extended period of time.

  • @conditioningdaniel You mean muscle cells which are indentical to muscle fibers. Red blood cells, however, carry oxygen and white blood cells are cells of the immune systems.

  • @conditioningdaniel blood cells? i know what you're getting at, but you might want to check up on your physiology. . .

respect for the muscle up though, solid strength,

  • @conditioningdaniel

you do realize White blood cells have nothing to do muscle contraction. White blood cells are what protect your body from pathogens.

  • @PooPtalkn Yeah, that was written two years ago.

  • great dude, very strong

  • Niiiiiiice....

  • great, but I often start off at my fingertips so i don't have to bend my wrists so much. I then change grip to normal

  • Great idea ;)

  • You should do a handstand XD

  • my hero

  • How do you get so strong?

  • well you train lol. For these slow muscle ups you need firstly a false grip and slow twitch muscle fibres, the ones which gymnasts have. If you can do 30 pull ups (no crossfit kip or anything) and maybe like 20 with weights these should be easy for you

  • and btw those numbers were just estimated, dont come flaming me, im just trying to help :D

  • what are slow twitch muscle fibres?

  • erm basically the muscle fibres that you need to perform slow controlled movements. For example fast explosive power is like calf muscles for breaking into speed. Slow muscle fibres are for like gymnastics where they lower themelves and hold an iron cross etc. I think, please correct me if im wrong

  • that sounds right to me, thanx for your help -_-

  • I think this vid was the first vid with the strict controlled muscle up that saw. And I started train it :)

  • your stronger than me. I have only been muscle up training 3 mos and bodyweight training. This is a good vid to a good song. Holla back bro. J

  • besides: I am subbing!!!subito.
