This is more of a forearm exercise right? Because dips and pullups come easy to me, but when I try to transition from the pull to the dip, my wrists won't allow me to pivot upwards?

@conditioningdaniel You mean muscle cells which are indentical to muscle fibers. Red blood cells, however, carry oxygen and white blood cells are cells of the immune systems.
well you train lol. For these slow muscle ups you need firstly a false grip and slow twitch muscle fibres, the ones which gymnasts have. If you can do 30 pull ups (no crossfit kip or anything) and maybe like 20 with weights these should be easy for you

@jrk987 Most people have the strength to do it, but the transition from pull-up to dip is the hardest part.

Yes,
Fast twitch = White blood cells, fast explosive movements but for a brief period of time.
Slow twitch = Red blood cells, gradual contraction over an extended period of time.
