  • When you have ignorant citizens, you get ignorant jurors. FREE RYAN.

  • @YZach I agree! Just ask anyone living in Florida now!! Too bad the 12 jurors on Casey Anthonys case couldn't have been the jury on Ryans case. Ryan needs to be free!!!

  • @Lyn7721 I once heard a Veteran interrogator say...."You can only push innocent people so far in during an interrogation before they snap on you and become very hostile"... Guilty people will sit forever and take your abuse and not become argumentivie with you...they will just sit and keep denying it....but Innocent people will tell you to go F yourself after a certain point"....

  • It is inconceivable for me to believe that these two men did this and did not get not one spot of blood on either of them.I mean, the blood shoe print leading away from the scene does not even match any of their shoes. Now this disturbed Erickson guy is recanting his story ONCE AGAIN--smh.I just feel bad that it’s strongly possible that an innocent kid is sitting in jail among harden criminals for something he did not do.

My prayers go out to families involved in this and may the TRUTH prevail!

  • Furthermore, if I were on that jury, I would have never found either of them guilty on the grounds of this guy Erickson's wayward "confession" and NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE linking the two to the crime. I mean, at trial, Erickson testified that Ferguson strangled the victim with his own belt by putting his foot on his back and pulling upwards on the belt. If this is true, then why was there NO BLOOD found on his shoes? No blood on either of them, but the crime scene had massive amts of blood?

  • I have just gotten finish watching this case at the 48 Hrs Mystery website and I was APPALLED at the trite malpractice of the police and prosecution. I am not even in law enforcement and I knew that it was not procedural for a police officer to be feeding sensitive, forensic information to a potential suspect during an interrogation. I think that it was trite, lackadaisical behavior and the police department just did not wanna do their job. BTW, what was the jurors thinking with that verdict?

  • At the trial he said Ryan foot was on the guys back... which means the guy would have been faced down....in the interrogation he agreed when the cop said "and the guy who was being attacked was on his back?" he said yes .... which means the guy would have been faced up......jeez

  • Im sorry but the lack of emotion from Ryan is not consistant of an innocent person. Anyone else would have been screaming on the top of his lungs that he was wrongly accused. He acted like a guilty man tryring to roll the dice and see if he could get away with it.

  • You sound like the idiots on the jury who know nothing about teenage boys. The kid had a poor attorney and was railroaded. This should be overturned on appeal based upon the facts of this case being garbage

  • Ryan sunk himself when he took the stand. plain and simple.

  • If you noticed he first says the victim was on his back...in court he says Ryan was standing on the guys back with the belt....all this was coached by DA of course.

Did Ryan have a Lawyer??? It doesn't appear a very good one.......Is Missouri in the USA?

  • Glad I don't live in Missouri.

  • Vizenela,

    Thanks for your comments.

Check out Shawn Ornt's eye witnesses testimony. She calls Prosecutor Carne a lier this is why he is charged with a Brady violation.

    Great YouTube Videos

  • From an Australian. American Justice, what a bloody joke. Home of the free until the legal system stitches you up.

The kind of justice Ryan has suffered can happen in any country including my own but this is so third world

It all makes a mockery of your good young people risking their lives and loosing them so the citizens of another country can have some measure of justice while the cops, prosecutors and judge involved in Ryan"s case dish out the kind of justice the Taliban would be proud of.

  • How is Ryan doing? Has there been any more progress made?

  • Ryan is doing great.

We are all just waiting for Judge Asel to make her decision. It's since July so it could happen any day now.

    Thanks for your support

  • Good luck and God Bless! I'll say a prayer.

  • Prosecutors are being outed weekly.

Prosecutor Mike Nifong Duke Rape Case, all charges dropped and Nifong lost his law license.

Prosecutor Kenny Hulshof the Josh Kezer case, Kezer found guilty 60 years. All charges dropped.

Judge Callahan stated that everything Hulshof said in his closing was untrue.

Hulshof was a member of the US House of Reps and ran for Mo Gov

6 Federal Prosecutors in the Ted Stevens case, Stevens found guilty now all charges dropped.

    Prosecutors are using the system

  • Can't get any more straight forward than that!!! Nicely done...I don't know what happened to my other comment?!

  • Yes this is clear proof that Charles Erickson changed his story from the time of his arrest to his court appearance.

Erickson testified at Ryan's trial that he was coached and prepared by Prosecutor Crane and his staff as to his testimony.

Remember it was Prosecutor Crane that failed to follow the law and tell Ryan's Legal Team what Shawna Ornt had told him on three seperate times prior to the trial that the person she saw that night was not Ryan or Chuck.
