And Official quote from the mother says she caught the kid attempting to blow up the condom.

Another tid-bit. The hotel staff wouldn't let the mother have the condom tested. Now, as a parent, i would be calling the police and have them take it, while giving the staff a Strong middle finger. ......... Or slap em across the face with the condom... Yea
