Man please explain me something, Im feeling so frustrated cuz Im not getting this at all. I have to admit im new with Reason, and I think I can follow this tuto, but the fact that you just skip some little things and you already have all of those samples just drive me so crazy. What if I don't have aaall of yours samples? What the hell im supposed to search for? are this things free or I have to buy them? Please man I Dont want to leave this at the very beginning.

1. you can BUY some sample packs from sites such as Primeloops (Which Dave actually mentions) - theses packs have whole drum kits and loops of said drums.

2. you can get FREE individual sounds from sound websites such as Freesound. - this is annoying as not all are brilliant or what you'd want.

3. Try googling "free drum sample packs" and you'll find stuff. Not amazing stuff, though.

I used Kong on another combinator for a side chained bass and used the same patch I made for my beat (the beat with one snare and one kick not working). I'm getting the same problem except it's the opposite snare and the opposite kick not working :S

@EyeHeartSkateboard Do you have semi-weighted keys? If so, then the force you use when pushing the keys determins the velocity/volume of the sample. Might be, don't know your setup tho so it's kind of difficult to say.
