However, you do require a driver for your audio hardware.
Just plug them in, if you get no sound:
Go to your computer manufacturer's website or your motherboards' website and download the appropriate sound driver.
If you already have speakers which work and can produce sound, you shouldn't have a problem with getting these to work. Just plug them in and enjoy. ;)
Hi I have a laptop and I am thinking about buying these speakers. I want to get them, but is there any type of wire or cable I need to connect these speakers to my laptop? please reply me back dude. thanks
Sorry for the late reply! All your laptop needs is a 3.5mm jack (the same hole where you plug your headphones in). The speakers already come with the necessary cables so you don't need to worry about that.
hey! How are the speakers? are they good for gaming and movies? ciz im planning on buying those, thanks! oh BTW, you should put the subwoofer on the floor :D
so they are USB?

@Steventhai1 Nope. It uses the same 3.5mm connector like most earphones. You can see it plugged in at the front of my laptop.

did these speakers work with windows 7 after just directly plugged in?
i saw a review who said that they needed a driver for wnidows 7 and was about to purchase before i read.
let me know

@millerhouse0 Yep. It was just plug and play. No driver required.
Most (99%) of speakers work right out of the box without any driver required.

@sydwtfidk Yeah, they're great for the general gaming and movies. Yeah, I put the sub on the floor facing outwards and it's much better now. :D
