I remember the memory card for the Dreamcast was a little game system itself, you could play the memory card version of the game and, based on how well you did, upload items you earned in the memory card version into the Dreamcast version. My only issue was that some discoveries were nearly impossible to find.
@Winterfang Once you get a ship, there are positions on the ship that can be filled by unique character that you find in the world. This unique character effect the stats of the Ship during Ship-to-Ship battles,

It's among the best games Sega ever presented (They were not responsible for making the game) If this game never came out, I don't know what I would do. I especially loved the ship battles. Nice change of pace from the standard RPG fights.
to activate the captain moves, Blue Rogues and Prophecy, you have to build up your SP gauge to full, and it will replace the "Run" command and cost all of your SP:
-Blue Rogues: Effect will vary depending on your active crew. Each position has two crew members: One will be blue background (attack) and one will be pink (healing). More blue backgrounds is more attack, and vice versa
-Prophecy: Large attack move that deals heavy damage to entire enemy party.

I think you mean the cooking girl Urala; the dancing girl Merida increases ship value, which is a ability that didn't fully make it to the release version, so it increases like 10000 values but does nothing
I think Urala is better than Polly because of her ship special, but Polly is good too. Let's make a guess about the least favorable crew member u'll see...Osman^_^by the way, wish Domingo & Don could do something cooler, cauz they'll probably be in this video if they do, and Pinta, he's good, finally, where's Belle, should choose her to see bouncing activity ^_^jk
I never found everyone either, think I missed two or three crew members, (Polly's awesome!) and I couldn't figure out how to recruit the scientist on his floating lab (name?) but wanted him to join.
Have one of your (I think Male) Characters learn the Highest ... Silver Magic (I THink it is the one that Brings you downed character back to life with a high percentage or something) Then He'll join you, and he'll make lots of good items for you at the base.

You find Robinson in darkdrift, I know it got confused in darkdrift pretty easily, but just go to the room where black moon stone is at, there're 4 holes for you to enter in that room, 1 lead to Esperanza exit side, 1 to room before black moon stone, 1 to Yafutoma side, well the last is Robinson, he's in a ship there, just be patient & use black moon stone room as you start pt. if u confused, and of course to recuite him u need Polly
Worth mentioning, 4 holes, the hole leads to Yafutoma side(actually it leads to a room 1st then another rm to Yafutoma), 1)there's bunch of light or firefly thing that goes straight up in the rm 2)That's the rm with Zivilyn Bane 3)Two holes in that rm, one where u enter from, another to last rm before Yafutoma; anyway, Robinson isn't in that rm, & nor is he in the hole leads to Esperanza side or the hole that leads to rm before Black Moon, so only 1 hole left, hope u find Robinson

I always preferred "Prophecy" over this one, the only plus to this one IMO is the healing. Still, quite an epic attack nonetheless.

I think you just fill the Spirit Gage up to the maximum. Then you'll have a choice between Blue Rogue Attack or The Prophecy

I used to have the game on Dream Cast, put I let someone barrow it.... forever.
I Barrowed 'Legends" from a friend, along with his Game Cube, but I gave it back. so... no more changing crew members anymore.
