You can't separate the song from the fact that this is a gratuitous ad for a corporate giant. Its feel good suggestion of peace and brotherhood, with the peace symbol prominently displayed, is a disingenuous cooption of the real peace movement. I've admired Dylan all my life but today he died.

@HatingTN Dude, I am not sure if you are aware of the message of the ad. Race has nothing to do with Will.i.am's presence. It is all about differences and commonalities between different generations. Using a rapping black guy only makes sense if you keep that in mind. Besides, Will did a very good job with that. I only wish that the ad was longer.

But i think that they just put Will I Am to compare him, for example the really old van to the new car, the lighters at the concert to the mobile phones, the old pepsi bottle at the end to the pepsi can, then Bob Dylan to Will I Am.
