Oh....paneer(indian cottage cheese) is heaven with any curry. If you get chance, you can go to indian restaurant or make your own curry at home since i have shown very easy way of making it. This paneer-indian cheese never melts..no matter how long you cook...it never melts and that's the beauty of it. I have seen that non vegetarian use chicken in place of paneer and you can also use tofu. Enjoy!

what is with the magic bullet commercials? looking to get them to sponser you in a cooking show? my sister and mom have them, they were not that impressed, i think they like their blenders and processors because you have better conrol over shopping and more uniform pieces. but for pureeing rough chopping where looks don't matter, it seems like it works well

It might not be the best for everbody but for me it works great since very easy to clean, and for making puree, it works best. I love my blender and processor as well. No doubt about that. Whenever I need to prepare food for many people, I have to use my big appliances. But magic bullet works great for chutneys! Enjoy!
