first one in the parking place in vagos hood.

second one is the event close to import/export

third is outside the bike school in Venturas (ofc u need to get all gold)

on pc, with hacks, you can just hold a button (f5 for e.g) and they keep spawning

i think he used a mod. i'm thinking on this mod everytime when i want to stunt (NRG500best stuntmotor) and you don't lose points for car cheats(normally -10criminal rating)

but this is so much better then go and find a vehicle :)

there is one in san fierro there you export cars and bikes. look to your left and you will find a ¨bowl¨. there is one in los santos to. it is on the top of the parking building north for the los santos stadium. may take some minutes to find
