if you were trying to name this song as a combination of the two songs being mashed up, you got it wrong. The kid cudi song is "Alive", not "Man on the Moon", so maybe a more appropriate name would be "Alive Kids"

Damn they sound good together, I just wish you could have split the vocals up a little more, it works right around 1:20 - 1:50 the mgmt vocals kind of play off cudi's vocals, but his next line comes up and cuts the effect short.. definitely some potential here though

The idea of putting these two songs together was brilliant, but i have to say, after the first 55 seconds i dont like how the songs become out of sync. I feel like it would sound a lot better if the choruses lined up, instead of having one after the other. And i agree with Leighbelot that you should lower or preferably cut out the vocals on Kids so Alive can be heard better.
