My chances for any sort of risk was below 1% Home birth is NOT for everyone and we are blessed to have hospitals for high risk pregnancies :) I really appreciate your kindness in expressing your opinion. I have really bad cramps and all my friends assure me that having cramps does not come close to giving birth. But they also say that once the baby gets here you feel its worth it of course. @kamilleseven Hi there! It's an intense experience but nothing to be afraid of. If you're used to cramps child labor is usually less painful than for those who are not. I believe all the fear we have of birthing is what causes all the pain. Resistance to the body expanding for the baby. Being in shape makes a huge difference. Labor was easy and fast for me. This whole video was only pushing the baby out. The stomach deflating is normal! :)
