I recently replaced the fuel pump (ac delco), fuel filter, and also got the GM upgraded injectors.

CFM Tech ported throttle body.

K&N FIPK cold air intake kit.

Edelbrock headers (Ti-Tech). HOT!

3" exhaust pipes and flowmaster series 50.

Those toys made quite an improvement.

It breathes!!!

But still have not got it "tuned"

Please: Any advise on a ODB2 to PC interface and software for programming-tuning?

dude, i just installed a new HT383e with a 4L60E from monster transmission on my '98 tahoe. (i kept my original manifold, injectors and throttle body)

But hell dude, i do not get that kind of power on my truck.

please advise on how to improve power. Thanks.

this crate motor is designed for towing. it has a lot of torque and its a good choice for a truck that is just for cruising the hood and doing burnouts or red light to redlight racing. nice looking truck too.

Are you still running the 4L60E or did you upgrade that one.I bought a 4L80E.its supposed to hold 600lbs Torque Safely(so they say). But i dont have my truck yet.I'll let ya know when i install it.Hell of a Tahoe.you dont see those clean like that. you see them with the chrome and the bags but not like that.i Had the 454 wheels on my '97 before i lost it.with the belltech lowering kit and a 4 link out back..that thing corner no different than a lowered sports car.i cant wait till the next one..

HT383 is a sweet motor-if you still have stock injection consider changing it and it'll fuel it better.

The NBS rims look sweet on it,hell of a nice truck-excellent job.

its just a everday driver. Stock was to slow ht383e wakes it up it has the upgraded spider injectors and tuned for 93 octane

BadAss Tahoe man.. i have a 95 2DR yukon(my U.A.V.)which am in the work of putting a LT1 stroked to 396 with a ProCharger system.,, but i saw a Turbo one here a few mins ago and yo.. it was sick..running 10's..i just want 13's or 12's...i'd rather haul ass in my 'Busa,, thats whats cracking here in Miami anyways..but aint no one with true hot rod SUV's like us. down here, is the usual all imports with the loud ass exhaust for no reason...LOL!!!BOWTIE's....tha­ts wheres at!!!
