Obviously its not the prettiest or fasted vehicle out there.. but I was amssively impressed with how capable it is, I was just starting to get into my stride, although I hadn't nailed Avon rise by then end.. didn't get a clear run at it.

@Protint1uk Was the 328i standard or does it have the 325i manifold, etc? You can really make them come alive with that manifold and a remap ;)

I maybe working that day, but I suspect the Senator will be there, but I'll try my best to turn up.

....thanks for giving us room as well mate, is always a worry when your out there and having the Seni breathing down my neck and filling my mirrors, i just wanted to push a weeee bit harder but my track record is rather poor and wanted keep clean and safe as im trying to drive it like my race bike....clearly dosent work like a bike. Anyway, i see the the Seni at combe now and again so next time im there il pop over and say hello...again great vid lads, keep it up ;)

@Protint1uk As said earlier, priority is keeping the car in 1 peice, I enjoyed the session with you and the 328i, we all had fun and that's the main thing. Wished we had a few more laps though lol.

The car belongs to Fleapit (Leighton) and a mate of his (Dave), but come and say hi if you see them :D

Hey ShepM3, dont worry i didnt take it personal mate....i have issues with trying to stop as the brakes can be a bit vague and going over avon is scary enough having to worry about the brakes and the rear, needs more down force to the rear but i dont think il add a spoiler as the car is mainly used for the road....without trying sounding modest i was trying to take it easy as i stuck it in the gravel at silverstone first time out on track with the VX and i didnt want to end up in the tyre wall

@Protint1uk LOL, cheers mate, your videos do show the VX can bite, but there is a line over Avon you can take where it will feel planted, but you need good brakes once the car has settled after the rise before going into Quarry. Nice to chase some of you guys who can handle their cars & were not silly, keeping them in one peice is priority though! I didn't want to drive, let alone the Seni, I'm pleased I did & am very surprised how quick it is on the corners. Totally enjoyed the session though!

@Protint1uk Yes, it is a great video thanks mate. 1st time I drove the car and 1st time out on a race circuit in 4 years so was very rusty.. Also, thanks for letting us by, although are you sure it wasn't because you nearly lost your rear end at 7m35 over Avon rise? Looking at your video, which is also a great video (could see the senator in your mirrors), you looked like you have it easy :D

FleaPit's comment about "Senator Wins!" was tounge in cheek too, nothing personal intended :D
