At 4:50 did the White Gi just win by pulling guard the entire time? I don't understand what that part was trying to convey? In Judo we have a throw called Daki-age and jumping into guard would be pretty silly. Not saying that guard is not effective, just saying that in the whole of Submission Grappling Jumping guard can be dangerous.
@wolfhammer2010 The answer is quite simple actually. First of, pulling guard is classified as a takedown i bjj, unless your opponent gets control of the takedown. Secondly, slams is not allowed in bjj. once you go to the ground traditional judo does not apply in the same way. On the feet all judo-throws is legal, but on the ground if you lift someone up, you have to put him down safetly again. Which means you cant slam him to get out of a choke or something.
