Not being too much of a critic, but @ 47 seconds you reach youir left arm almost across his face, normally this is done alot faster I'm assuming, but are you not worried about getting caught in an arm triangle? Then again, it looks like you have your arm close enough to your body to avoid that. I'm just not sure. lol
@TheLordizzy626 No worries, I see what you're saying, however with the forearm against his jaw line, and the elbow far enough away, the arm triangle isn't a threat. It would be an issue if the upper arm (tricep area) was against his jaw line. Then the arm triangle might be a threat.
wow that's killer, so i been trying this and ummm, I have a really hard time fishing and swimming my hand through to get to prayer position like you do at the beginning of the demo, against much heavier opponents, and especcially with a gi on!.... any thoughts or previous vids?
great vid. I have a question about the variation at the end with the counter roll... it seems that alot of guys are quick enough to throw that arm thats behind the head out and post on it... then what happens?
@watergallagher It's difficult to explain here, but it's actually easier to escape if they're not underhooking your head. So, if your escape is halted by them posting with that arm suddenly, it's now easier to turn in, onto your side, to get to your knees or shrimp out to capture half or full guard.
Brillaint vid :)

You're correct. The first few seconds at the beginning are off just a fraction, but it appears the rest is okay.

nice. like the way you break that down. using the underhook is of course the standard way of escaping side control, details are great
