You can love every character... a few seem pretty useless but are actually...life savers by the end of the game...for example.

Squall Leonhart= LionHeart= 168,000 damage(continuous 9999)

Zell Dincht= Booya, Punch Rush= 176,000 damage if used correctly(continuous 9999)

Rinoa Heartilly= Wishing Star= Around 50,000 damage(continuous 9999) & Invincible Moon

Quistis Trepe= Shockwave Pulser= 30,000 damage almost everytime

@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 For Irvine, Quick Shot = 120,000 to 200,000 damage if you can get in about 40 hits.

Zell's Booya, Punch Rush (Armageddon Fist) can go well over 1,000,000 if you get a full "12 seconds" for the timer and if you're fast enough.

Rinoa also has Meteor Wing = about 50,000 - 70,000 per turn.

@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 Rinoa can do WAAAY more than that with meteor wing. Irvine can do some easy fast damage but... why do you need to get all the ammo for it? Quistis isn't really needed for damage (while early game she's amazing at it) she has white wind/ big guard/ bad breath.

@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 irvine had AP ammo (and pulse ammo but that was rarer and did the same damage) that would do 30k to 80k 10k per shot depending on time

Does the fact that it didn't use light pillar have something to do with your high luck stat? Also, does Hit stat have a role in blue magic damage?

@volvariella Luck is important but actually it is Aura spell that makes the damage two times greater. If Ultima Weapon uses Light Pillar it is game over, so I had to try a few times to record this video. Attacks are random so nothing can help you.

I didn't think max HP was essential. Besides Quistis was leveled without those strength/vitality etc bonuses so her base values were the worst among characters.

GF Siren Move/find ability allows you to find hidden draw points and save points.

There are a few attacks that break 9999 limit. GF Eden for instance can do that too.

And Quistis's Shockwave Pulsar but when Grevier uses it, it does not break the 9999 limit....

It doesn't break the 9999 Limit because you cannot break it with health, so it would be unfair to have it do more than what your max health can reach.

what item lets you learn shockwave pulsar and where do you get the item thats some crazy damage!!

You have to get 100 curse spikes (malboro,tripod on island closest to heaven, equip rare item ability!). Level 100 gf siren with tool refine ability will change it to 1 dark matter which learns shockwave pulsar.

I'm not sure but probably this chocobo game can get you also dark matter.
