in my oppinon the perso that used explosion should be winner cause both opponents pokemon goes down before the exploder.

Thats just stupid. When you use explosion, you know that you're going to die, and you know that they most likely wont survive explosion. Its unfortunate that there's no selfdestruct clause at WCS 2009

yes but its still an attack and that attck just brought both the opponents pokemon down. plus they go down first not you.

Actually, you go down at the same time. If a bomb explodes on someone, what goes to nothing first? the bomb or the person? The answer is that both are gone after the explosion. Also, pokemon is based on turns, not on real time
