The courts have gone the other way on this,to where the fathers have much more rights than mothers,just by default,just because they are trying to "make a statement",change the traditional,old way things were done in the courts in regards to fathers rights. I was once told in family court that the reason fathers are treated like this is more women vote then men and that was by the family court judge herself it seems more fathers cry when this happens to them but do they do anything about it no some are fighting for others they need to step up to the plate also and just by voting can make a change

There was a reason the family court judge was just tossed of the bench. We know that issues within family court are not receiving enough attention.
So which of the following happened to you: you were beaten, you were stripped naked, you were shot or you were sent to a concentration camp? I hope that you're not a resident of ballston spa because I'd hate for the god aweful ballston spa nazis... I mean police to come help if something happened. You might want to read up on what you are and are not allowed to do. Protesting in a street, walking up to cars and impeding a road is illegal. You're lucky you weren't arrested.

What is not over the top is the routine violation of constitutional rights that has occurred unchecked within Ballston Spa for years. This is not just me saying so. The judicial commission(with politics no longer standing in their way) finally threw one of the judges off the bench for (among other things) violation of litigants constitutional rights.
