Thanks so much....watched your video and got the message I needed for today. I am on day 12, with 10 pounds weight loss. I am very grateful for the pounds lost but frustrated as well because the last week has been a 1/2 a pound a day. I like you ,go to the gym and do the light workouts as well. Guess I was hoping for better weight-loss results. Today my weight stayed the same and was thinking of bailing ship....but after seeing your video, I am gonna keep sailing, LOL!

Thanks for the tips, I'm starting the program on Monday March 8th. Sounds like I do the same workout as you, as I do 30mins on treadmill & burn abt 450 to 500calories, then I usually also do wgt training, but gona give that up while on the program.
