Mariah, to me, is the most naturally talented female singer to ever live. Her voice is so angelic and has such dynamic range. Its sends tingles down everyone's spine when she hits a long drawn out note. She's beautifully sexy too, so what's not to like? lol. Obviously this number is lip-synced but who cares. Everyone's voice changes as they age, never seen one that didn't. It's natural. It's oK.

i love mariah, but i have to say that this shit is disapointing. i hate artists who lip sync. you know why?

they are basically just lying to their fans. their fans heard the studio version of the song and they paid good money to see a live performance, so why would you lip sync?

unless you are un-well, or you have been told not sing for a period of time by a doctor , you have no valid reason to lip sync.

Its lipped, not dubbed, you can tell by a couple things. First off, she pretty much always changes up her runs and shit, 2:49 is her classing lipping sign, the hand in front of the lips very close, she does that when she lips mostly, plus she always cuts the long notes in half with a crack or breath or something and her lips don't show that. Not hating, just truth!

@papaquon this was a taped performance to be released on tv it wasn't necessarily a concert. Sometimes tv networks force her to sing live in this case they weren't paying her enough I guess. This isn't an excuse but as a fan I've been to her concerts so many times she never fails to dissapoint, she never lips during her actual tour concerts...In tv its very typical for any artist to lip especially of her magnitude since she needs to preserve that gorgeous voice.
