Are there really 9 circles of hell o_o. This stuff is confusing. I thought hell was just one huge place ??? and my favorite is the Gluttony drawing... its graffic in many dimensions :]

@mrzlemonade1 dantes inferno(divine comedy) was a poem about a man that travels into his vision of hell. This is no no means what hell is, never in the bible does it say there are nine circles. The author made all that up, plus he wasnt even strictly christian. A lot of the book goes against God's word and plus he mixed christianity with greek mythology. I am a Christian and I believe 100% there is a Hell and in the Bible it describes it as a furnace of fire and ash burning forever

From a christian stand point I believe there are 7 deadly sins. But from the poem there is 9 sins each with its own circle.

Im sorry but why ? whats the point in drawing something thats always been drawn basicly no talent in that, i think they did a superb job tbh, like to take something and put in your own visual representation is true creativity, good job pal i like it im a fan of the book took me two years to read the three full volumes the art work in there is inspiring interesting to see a modern day approach

@deadone332 The whole point was to make our own interpretation of the monsters. It would have been boring if we just copied the bosses of the game. If you wanna see the bosses from the game just look up the concept art by Wayne Barlowe.

@SuperWowpeople It was satan himself that had 3 FACES. One head. One of the faces was Brutus being eaten, one was Cassius, and the last was Lucifer being eaten. All Like bubblegum. The game doesn't represent the book very well.
