  • @batmannu. Well thanks for the rep. So I weight 80 kg. - 1.83 meters. I don't have any diet because well I'm 17 and I consider eating any kind of food because I'm growing up but since I'm Mexican me diet is way different than yours. My upper body is not bulky. I don't do any specific workout just play sports like basket and soccer, but I recently started to calf raises, jumping the rope and some squats. I don't do leg presses, lunges, either weightlifting and yes if I want something I'll push

  • @PIROMANIACO12300 sounds great. do you jog? sounds like running would give you better results in speed wise. I recommend some slow jogging once per week and some speed work twice per week, depends on how fit you are for running. by speed work i mean either HIIT (takes about 15min, brutal on knees) or some fast running (20-30min), uphilll running (great for calves!), stair runs (brutal in a good way :), u know how rocky trained? :P)

  • @kwstas67 aww poor thing!! with girly forearms!! for forearms i did rolled the 20kg bar up and down while kept my hands around my crotch. also yes oly is complicated, but whenever it comes out nice, it feels great!!! and my technique is bad, lol. but im working on it :) im lifting in a club and we have a coach who adjusts and gives advice :)

All my life my family have been calling me " CHIKEN LEGS ", and that really depress me. But today is a happy day for me because I have found someone that has the legs that I would like to have.   • @PIROMANIACO12300 how much do you weight? do you work out? do you eat well? is your upper body bulky (like apple shape big belly and chicken legs?) then what exercises you do? do you squat? how heavy? how often? do you do leg presses, lunges, do you push yourself over the limits while weightlifting?

  • @PIROMANIACO12300 big calves is easy i think... theres only two exercises seated calf raises and standing calf raises.seated works soleus muscle(small muscle to the sides of calves) and standing works the gastroknemius(the big muscle of calf) and soleus too (but less).ALL u have to do is to train the shit out of em calves they respond tremendously to high volume(lots of sets reps low rest between sets) and go heavy.

  • @PIROMANIACO12300 for quads atg squats(the king of exercises:P) leg press maybe and some extensions for warmup.for hams rdl +leg curls .also u can do lunges in case u are homosexual .good luck :)

  • @kwstas67 hmm.. i dont count that 1-2min rest, i go for a next lift when im ready, when im calmed down and all. I dont want to rush between sets when im oly lifting, cuz it messes up my technique. And i try to avoid resting too long between sets, cuz then i cool down and dont wanna go for a next squat set for example :P

  • @batmannu cause u train for strength and i do not... if u are training for muscle mass big mistake not counting rest.and by the way how often u squat?

  • @kwstas67 counting rest is like too much effort.. srs. i dont want a timer to tell me when im ready for next set :P

    i squat 3-5 times per week, depending on how often i train. usually back squat alternates front squats and leg presses and such..

  • Dont go down too fast i understand you want to take advantage of the stretch reflex but thats a bit fast, just a little slower and it would be great, seems like a large buttwink, you should show your warm-up with no weights just bar, then again people break down more on larger weights, i'd like like to see if you can without the heavy weight and then what happens to you with the heavy weight, i can't tell if your buckling that well from this view but you should know if you are or not
