Thanks! Cresson isn't really one of my favorite places to go, but Rich (CSXno601) has showed me a lot of cool places in the area. Downtown Altoona at the pedestrian overpass is good for evening shots, in my opinion.
Thanks! I've been to Horseshoe Curve, but not in a few years. I've never shot video there, but it's on a to-do list for the future. Cresson just doesn't really appeal to me.

No, we didn't stop in Horseshoe Curve; We ended up venturing out to eastern PA after an evening in the Altoona area.

This is your best video yet! I was there not to long ago, and I saw many sd40-2 helpers. You saw alot of sd40-e locos.

Same with me! I only saw one train with sd40-e's on the rear but it was teamed uo with 2 sd40-2's. All the rest were light.
