Youtube refuses to fight the record companies that have lobbied our legislators to allow them to jam up fair use of content with expensive court procedures. These rules undermine the Copyright Acts; and nobody seems to care. The Recording Industry Association of America are busy spending 100's of millions to fight the Fair Use of Content and Free Speech, including obvious political parody of public figures like dirty Elliot on his valentine's day hook up with a hooker in DC.

Free Speech is Dead on Youtube. Eliot Spitzer's prostitute tribute to Time Out of Mind by Steely Dan. This is the third of three videos I made about Elliot Spitzer's situation with the prostitution ring, using Steely Dan as fair use. Copyright objections have prompted Youtube to remove the videos after thousands have seen them.

Youtube is not fighting the record lables that are chilling free speech, obvious fair use of a song for political satire.
