actually u can make ur life easier on that first crystal sub boss, if u dont destroy all the crystal blocks right before him. Instead, destroy them in a stair-case like shape. You can use the same Thruster Jump spacing-out-technique that u used on the Life up part to get on top of it, then jump on top. after that, just charge attack thru him to behind it, then sit and hold the charge. u literally shred it in no time.
