I dont agree with what the nazi`s did in wwII but the swastica didnt do it and the planes had them on them originally so let it be..The planes where flown by nazi`s, does that mean it to should be wiped away?..
there are some exceptions - why or how they get around it I don't know. The luftwaffe museum in Gattow, Berlin has fully marked aircraft (109 F Trop/Buchon) and the Me 163 that used to reside in St Athans museum. Here in Munich in the Deutsches Museum they have the oldest 109 E, a 163 and a 262, all sans swastika.
The He 162 probably could of done some good damage if it could have been flown by experienced (or semi experienced) pilots. But the thought of having neophytes trying to fly one, what with that small wing and slow responding engine due to light throttle input (or risk fire) would of killed many.
So, was this jet actually built by the Germans or were they built by half-starved slave labor and children being worked to death by the German war machine?
A very nice aircraft. Despite the fact that it was designed and built on a 'fast and dirty' basis during the War, it apparently flew very well - at least according to the RAF which tested it after the War.
@koelschwolf It is legal under special circumstances (in this case: documentation of historic facts).

the swastica is a older than the WW2 symbol and stands for good fertility Hitler has abused it and giving this symbol a new meaning.
too bad but history and that's it .
