Whoever posted this video is a dumbass! This is how they call there plays and have done so for years. I'm a sophmore at UW from Saratoga, WY and have been a Cowboy fan my whole life. Maybe you should watch some more football cause there are several teams that use hand signals to call plays. Are you protecting your Longhorns. GET A LIFE!!!
