Extending the credit is the WORST idea since its inception. Let it die. Stop punishing future homeowners that fall for this scam, bid up overpriced houses, and will be underwater. Do you industry people have no conscience? Is a temporary rise in sales volume and commission the ONLY thing you care about. This is morally and fiscally abominable.
