The knee/split at 3:13 was a great pose--and followed up by a similar move where you transitioned into the butterfly extension. That was a really nice combo. I'd say George is a very lucky man to have such a beautiful and talented dance partner!

AWESOME!! the body is lookin perfect to, might i add! i tried yesterday that shoulder mount, with the princess grip, the way u do it, and its harder for me then the way i do it (not sure of the name)..did u ever try a different grip if u r strugglin? but it looks great from where iam sittin, i just wanted to say i tried that way u did it and found it harder 2 me. the superman is flawless. saw a couple things in there, i gotto try but will flunk at iam sure. loved the guest star dancing:)

see..different strokes,cause id rather do it ur way! weird how whats easier to someone else isnt always the same4 another person! CRAZY, i guess it comes 2 what you get used to. bout the gettin it w/o tip toes, i used to throw myself up, by kickin as hard as i could. i event. got out of that as a safety net sort of thing, by just buildin up the abs via P.D thru time as will you tho ur abs look pretty damn strong to me, just keep goin, u won't be on ur toes 4 long:) u r much stronger then u know!
