  • sure you dont know how all the empty beer cases got all over the place but id admit that rather than admitting i listen to nickle back, lol...... jk. i have a glastron boat as well, mines not as nice. 1960's fireflite v155. at least you didn't lose it.

  • That's horrible! You mean to tell me you listen to Nickelback?

  • @bonvivant55 very funny ha ha!!

  • dude, thats just.. damn. hope all is better now! ;)

  • @ZapFlap Yup it's all dry and siting comfortably on its new trailer. Thanks for the comment.

  • @poopdogsays Heheh, thats good! Inbox me a picture or something. You have a awsome boat dude!! :)

  • @MrMrtiki lots of tags and make a title that grabs attention, select the best looking pic too.

    g/l,

    PDS...

  • Why did`nt your bildge come on while away I leave mine on auto .

  • @MrMrtiki The auto bilge was faulty. I took it back and they cut me a check for a thousand dollars. Once I cashed the check, I took their name out of the vid info. The check wasn't needed or expected, but it was certainly appreciated.

Between the check from them and the checks from Google ads, I've made about 5 grand on this one vid! Not too bad for a 50 defective bilge pump, eh? Especially considering I paid less than a grand for the boat, motor and trailer. I actually made $ on a boat! lol

  • @poopdogsays thats awesome so google just came at you when your vid got a good amount of views?

  • @coldnapalmFJ Yup.

  • @poopdogsays why did google pay you ?

  • @postopia1992

Adsence. It's a payment of 3 cents everytime someone clicks on this vid.

  • Wow! Almost 28,000 views. If anybody comes looking for me, I will be down at the lake, sinking my Checkmate Predictor, and a Nickleback CD!

But seriously dude, I like your boat and I am glad to hear that it survived this.

  • @BIGBROTHERiswatchinU Thanks Man. LOL.

  • Yep def park the boat backwards at the dock if left overnight. I usually am too chicken to let my boat get banged around at the dock all night tho....

  • um put a boat pump in there there and fyi, dont keep a small boat in the water like that at the dock, at least a 24 foot boat

  • Well that sucks!

  • I'm glad you guys got it sorted! I've got a very similar glastron and I love it. They're great boats man. Enjoy it!

  • @BigAgitator Oh cool, do you have any vids of it?

It is a great little boat, thanks for the kind words!

  • @poopdogsays Actually I do have a few videos but I haven't uploaded 'em yet. If I remember, I'll put them up tomorrow night. It's a z-16 conroy which, as I understand, is not a common model (?). It's only got a 65hp johnson so it's limited to about 30-35mph. I was going to get a nice 90 like you have, or maybe a 115 but gas is so freaking expensive!!!!! What's the top speed you get in your setup?

  • @BigAgitator I have a 19" (that's push not diameter) stainless steel Ballistic prop. Top speed so far was 54 GPS, but the boat chinewalks so bad at anything over 50 It's will scare the shit out of ya! I have been told if a pad were added (flat spot on the bottom of the boat for planing) it should run in the low 60's! I am about to order a set of smart tabs and get rid of the stupid hydrofoil. Too unstable at high speed with it attached, but I love getting up to plane in 10 seconds!

  • @BigAgitator I can run for about 4-5 hours at a about 35-40 and only burn about 12 gallons. So 25-30 bucks to run around all day.

4 or 5 hours is about all you want to run in this little boat, rough water beats the hell out of your spine. Plus it gets old having every boat on the water trying to race me! As you know, I don't have much power, but the boat only weighs 1,100 pounds with me and 2 full tanks. So the power to weight ratio is pretty good. My 90 is a prop rated hp, 125 at the flywheel

  • Did you forget to put the cork in the back of it?

  • @thissitesucks74 Ha Ha no, the plug was in it! It had been docked for about 2 weeks at the point of this video.

    Thanks.

  • @poopdogsays My dad forgot to do that once about 20 years ago and to this day none of us dare to mention it.

  • @thissitesucks74 That's funny!

I had a Dad like that too.

  • i think you mean, GOOD THING your new nickleback cd was in there, that takes care of that problem, now the boat...

  • @rocker85675 Well, everyone has their opinion...

Good news is, I tore the disk player apart and retrieved my Nickleback CD. I replaced the crappy Jensen with an Eclipse 55430 and an Eclipse pa5422 amp. My boat rocks now!

  • @poopdogsays glad to hear you salvaged the boat anyways, she's a classic beauty, and im not being sarcastic, sweet boat brotha

  • @rocker85675 Thanks!

  • Had the same thing happen to me right before my eyes in a storm. After that i never "park" with my rear end towards where waves will be coming from. It just kicks water right into the boat. Nice boat. I have a glastron i think is a V-156 with three keels.

  • @Zachry86 Oh OK Cool... From now on, my boat will either be on the trailer in my garage or under my fat ass! LOL

I will never leave it unattended again!

  • @poopdogsays Ah. I live so that i can see my boat from the livingroom window. So its not really that big a problem. But ive also invested in a cellphone alarm thingy. I can send an sms to it and check status. And it will also alert me if water levels rise and the bilge fails to kick in. It will even alert me if the battery is running low so that the bilge might not function. Its a great little gadget. You can also rig it to send you a sms if the boats is moving (built in GPS).

  • @Zachry86 Now that is Cool!! I bet Glastron never thought of that when they designed your boat!

  • doesn't your motor hit the ground that close to shore?

  • @s6675 It did in that video LOL But normally is doesn't, it's usually about 18"-24" above the bottom.

  • Time to invest in an auto bilge pump!

  • @s6675 You are correct Sir... I have one now!

  • That sucks. And yeah, sink that nickelshit cd

  • is your battery sealed

  • Yes my battery is sealed... 2 hours later I had the boat running across the lake!

  • Man, that sucks!
