  • yes they are legal and under supervision as seen with the guy right next to him

  • Whoa, take it easy man. Catch your breath and double up on ur meds. U really need to think before u speak cuz u come off looking uneducated and like a total d-bag. Man all ur vids suck bad. Maybe u should join the "national army" and take some remedial classes. Omg u r lame.

  • Hey its the crazy guy from my neighborhood that walks down the street and talks to a camera. Always wondered what he was doing. Cant wait to ambush him next time he walks by, beat his ass, take the camera and put that shit on youtube.

  • "you don't give a kid an oozi....maybe a 12 guage, but not an oooooooozi"

lol I have negative respect for you somehow

  • You talk like you blame the actual gun. I'm not a fan of automatic weapons because they just cost me money I don't have and I can't hunt with them, but, the Uzi didn't sit in the kid's hand and say "DO IT TOMMY. KILL YOURSELF." It is absolutely 100% the parents' and gun proprietor's fault that the boy was allowed to even approach an automatic firearm that should only be handled by a professional with the proper licensing.

  • Hurr I'm so retarded...

this man is dumb as fuck.

  • OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOzi

  • are you walking with a log up your ass?

  • >give 8 year old kid a 12 gauge

Have fun relocating that kid's dislocated shoulder

  • @EmptyWalls100 >trying to greentext on youtube

    lol fag

  • @RedContingency

    No RedContingency, you are fag.

  • @EmptyWalls100 You showed me.

  • freak !

  • Are you guys serious!! Posting crap like 50 years ago it was normal for kids to handle firearm. SO! 50 years ago, we had segregated schools, should we still have those! (just an example of how long ago that was) It doesnt matter that he doesnt know guns (as most people dont) What matters is the message he is trying to convey. Which is a FREAKING 8 year old should not be handling a gun. Is he a cowboy chasing an indian? Was taking the child to the amusement park, or library such a ludicrous idea!

  • @Mstriniamerican Firing firearms is major form of entertainment for many people. However I blatantly agree that the kid should not have had the mini-uzi in the first place, it still happened, and was only an accident.

Also 50 years ago, it's true. Some kids were firing M1928 Thompsons with their fathers when they hit 12, it was common.

  • @Mstriniamerican >implying that cowboys use uzi's.

  • WOW! THIS GUY IS A MORON! how can he say hes " a thinking adult" and then go and say give the kid a 12 gauge not an uzi and also he even questions if an uzi is leagal. SO TO THIS "THINKING ADULT" THINK ABOUT THIS. FULLY AUTO UZI ARE LEGAL WITH PERMITS, A 12 GAUGE MIGHT HAVE CRUSHED THE KIDS CHEST AND COULD HAVE KILLED HIM ANYWAYS IF NOT HANDELED PROPERLY, AND "THINK" BEFORE YOU TALK i.e. 1:30 - 2:00. next time think before you post, you might save face

  • This stupid faggot doesn't know anything about firearms.

  • Fuck you dude. dont make a joke out of something like this. Your a peice of shit

  • You Sir are a fucking moron!

  • Dude you are a nuttbag!!!! This is so sad..what happened...you seem so desensitized in a nonsensical way!! Hmmmmm I don't know...some ppl have some of the mosted twisted ways of showing remorse. Have Americans become this removed from reality...Who talks and walks and acts drunk talking about something this tragic....That's str8 up wrong!!!! SMH...May you RIP young boy that lost his life because of a Capitalistic Society full of hungry Pigs!!

  • It just takes one person to encourage another etc to stop the need for guns altogether. If you don`t like someone, throw a stone at them.

  • @simontatt Much better to let women be 100% at the mercy of men so you don't have to be scared of guns.

  • o lord here we go another lefty your right you dont give him an uzi if you do, hold on to it for them and its not like you see in the movies spraying up the place semi auto is not full auto start them on a 22lr

  • I'm with you on all counts. This ia a serious example of how mentally deficient some people are. And anyone looking to shoot their mouth off about the right to bear arms should look at some statistics from England where they don't have that right. Makes it pretty easy to see who the bad guys are, they;re the mentally deficient ones with the illegal weapons.

  • this guy is an asshole

  • this guy is an asshole

  • @kb1qzy "Man I hate anti-gun idiots, especially uneducated idiot." Wow, based on that, I'd say you're an uneducated idiot.

  • In a single year, 3,012 children and teens were killed by gunfire in the United States, according to the latest national data released in 2002. That is one child every three hours; eight children every day; and more than 50 children every week. And every year, at least 4 to 5 times as many kids and teens suffer from non-fatal firearm injuries. (Children's Defense Fund and National Center for Health Statistics). I could do this all day. Next time you open your mouths, know your facts.

  • One more for you "educated gun people," American children are more at risk from firearms than the children of any other industrialized nation. In one year, firearms killed no children in Japan, 19 in Great Britain, 57 in Germany, 109 in France, 153 in Canada, and 5,285 in the United States. (Centers for Disease Control). But hey, I'm sure because you say guns are safe for children they must be right. It's not like statistics hold any water in an argument. Oh wait, yeah they do. Morons.

  • Oh and for those of you that say you can't stand people who aren't educated about guns, there are an average of 10,000 deaths per year attributed to firearms, ranking the US number four in the world next to South Africa, Columbia, and Thailand. In 2003, 56 preschoolers were killed by firearms, compared to 52 law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. The rate of firearm deaths among children under age 15 is far higher in the US than in 25 other industrialized countries combined.

  • First off, if you're going to call some one a "god damn idiot," you should probably check your grammar because you only make yourself look stupid. It's really hard to listen to an argument from someone who isn't bright enough to spell. Secondly, anyone who defends an 8 year old boy shooting an Uzi is a, "god damn idiot." Oh and fifty years ago the baby boom was just beginning so that argument holds no water. There's way more kids today then fifty years ago. People use your brains, seriously

  • A 12 gauge.. really? You know how much more powerful that is compared to an uzi?

  • Go ahead and get mad, people shoot themselves all the fucking time. Especially children. Children soldiers often handle weapons as powerful or more powerful than an uzi at the same age as this kid was. Fortunately we don't see a lot of that on our side of the world, but we're obviously going to see some. It was a tragic fucking accident, it happens, shut up.

  • Uzi is legal with a tax stamp and it is registered.... Nothing went wrong here other than the fact the cop and the father were idiots and shouldn't have let the kid shoot it.

  • How totally idiotic of the father. I wonder what the mother has to say? Why would anyone want to fire a gun in any case? What are these people so afraid of? I`m working on a script for a movie called "Click click" where not a single firearm anywhere on the planet fires. Someone pulls the trigger and the gun goes `click`. We then see how they cope with that. Armies, police, private individuals.

  • @simontatt Why would anyone want to fire a gun ? Why would anyone want to make a movie called "click click" ? I'll tell you what I would do if my pistol went click (it would only do that once-single action 1911), I would fix it quickly so it would function properly the next time I needed it. What are we afraid of ? Nothing .Why do I carry ? I choose NOT to be a victim ! Dont be so naive, we dont live in a perfect world. The strong and psycotic prey on the weak and unarmed of society .

  • why does america have the highest murder rate among the developed western nations?

  • @BumJuiceDrinker Because you touch yourself at night?O.o

  • is the video out there, anyone?

  • @Latails I just found out about this about 2 hours ago on my Comcast homepage, it said they boys father was taping. I seriously doubt if he would post, or allow someone else to post it though.

  • i believe in our freedoms to bare arms you wont live bringing a knife to a gun fight which that guy dont count the pistol bowie knife i plan on buying a few more guns you know when the gun is right it fits your hands perfectly its just something about the weapon well not everyone understands that so in the mean time you should figure that part out before making a purchase but yea im scared of guns and a person thats not scared of a gun is seriously nutts a malfunction can happen even on safety

  • the private dealer forgot to lock the chamber open with a zip tie he should of went to prison if i was the childs father i would of sued the gun show in oreder for that gun to have gone off it must have been chambered with a live round safety off position and the kid prob squeezed the trigger in the upright shoulder position i have 8 guns and im still scared of em not terrofied but very aware and responsible loaded weapons chambered scares me the most a chambered weapon is a unsafe weapon

  • It's rich yuppies that do this with their children, They want their kids to start learning complex things at an early age so that they'll be the best, I was shooting my GALIL at a yuppie shooting range once, and a man taps me on the shoulder and asks me if his kid could shoot my rifle, I says where is he, he holds up his 4 YEAR old kid, I told that YUPPIE FUCK to GET LOST!

  • There is nothing wrong with a child firing a gun. Not teaching the child to how to handle weapons safely, however, is just asking for trouble.

Also, Uzis aren't super-evil-baby-killing-devices; they're firearms, and just like other firearms, when they are improperly handled bad things can happen. I feel sorry for the kid, don't get me wrong, but this tragedy is not the fault of the gun; the blame lies on the parents for not teaching their kid properly before handing him a firearm.

  • I remember hearing about this story, it was not at a gun show, it was at a machine-gun shoot event (if you shoot a gun at a gun show you are liable to get shot yourself or arrested immediately). I would not put the blame on the 2nd, but rather to poor judgement on behalf of the parent.

  • Why do you think his dad feels terrible? he is a gun freak. He is too dense to learn anything at all from his own mistakes. Gun freaks worship guns and worship the NRA. They think that every situation is improved by adding a bunch of guns. Guns give life meaning. Don't you get it? These gun freaks are psychotic people!

  • @FRACKILLS

Wrong asshole, gun nuts fit in the same category as other people who are passionate about their hobby, like car lovers. You're just an anti-gun prick lol.

  • @TheFirearmEnthusiast LOL u got that right

  • People, this guy is right. But its in the blood of the american father to let his son shoot a gun....Im Greek, and my father did the same too..But he didnt gave me an auto(and its important that it had a short barrel, cause if it hadnt, it wouldnt manage to go behind his head). Its just the wrong way to learn your son how to shoot a gun...

  • I was just wondering who gives a kid a gun for any reason? Its like giving a killer some crack and a tank. Doesn't make sense does it? No smart person or parent would give their kids a firearm. Its also like saying "I'm going to give my kid a real RPG for their birthday or Christmas and grizzly bears are not dangerous if tamed " Seriously what sense does that make? Bottom line KIDS SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM FIREARMS. Too many innocent lives are taken because of stupidity. There are no accidents.

  • @GhostSniper1981

I used to go out with my 12 year older brother hunting rabbits on our land when I was 10. We knew the gun safety rules and we never broke them, which is why we never got injured. The majority of young shooters don't get shot or shoot others, it's quite rare for this to happen considering how many young people shoot.

  • so true, don't give kids guns.

  • sit the hell down and talk you rtard you sound like a fat kid walking down the stairs

  • too bad you didnt shoot yourself with it

  • Nice acting, Do you really care about this poor boy?No doubt that the supervision was not there,I understand that completely. What this video looks like to me is a little liberal mommas boy trying to act like he really cares. Bad acting all the way and I don't believe a word of your "I'm so upset that I have to walk and video myself in distress" dribble.

  • 1) Where the fuck are you going? 2) 1:40 you're looking for the word intelligence (note the irony). 3) Gun shows have all kinds of weapons. 4) How is a 12 gauge OK for an 8 year old? 5) I agree that this was a stupid thing to have happened. No one with a brain in their head should let an 8 year old handle a gun, let alone fire one.

  • dude what the fuck. u shouldnt give a kid ANY gun

  • I see no reason for the kid not to have had the opportunity to shoot the uzi. That is the point of these guns shows get to see and shoot awesome guns Any way I blame the whole ordeal on the Dad he should have been hovering over the kid's shoulder able to grab the firearm and instruct his son. But no the Dad was screwing around in a camera bag. True USALib one round should have started so the kid knew what to expect before a full clip. But that is a small point.

  • The uzi is a perfectly legal firearm to own. With a tax stamp and a lot of paperwork and bullshit you can even get a full auto one. I agree with the fact that the parents are fucking idiots in this case, as in most cases like this one. But I bet they will blame the gun show organizers for it and try to sue someone there for it. But really? a 12 gauge? They are pretty devastating weapons if you dont know what you are doing.

  • dude what the fuck a 12 gauge. that has more kick back then a fuckin uzi. learn your shit be4 you start running your mouth. jesus christ man.

  • @epaul88 Did you not read the comment below you have to pump the weapon before firing again the most that could have happen to him with a twelve gauge is a sore shoulder and bruising. That's it

  • HAHAHA a 12 guage over an uzi?......really?

I wonder what people think when they see you walking and talking to yourself LOL

  • omg are you fucking retarded uh duhh!!!!!!! dont give them uzi give them 12 gauge uh duhhh!!!!

  • So what? Don't give a kid a sub machine gun, instead give him a shotgun? Great logic there mate.

  • do you have any idea how much harder it is to hurt or kill yourself with a shotgun? Virtually impossible, epsecially for an 8 yr old.

  • TEHWAFFLES is completly right, a 8 yr old could not point a shotgun at his head IF HE WAS TRYING TO!!! Reason why is because the gun would be too long for his arms, plus, you gotta pump it after each shot so yes it is safer to give him a shotgun.

  • All you people talking about the "Uzi" don't have a clue. When you let anyone shoot a gun for the first time, put ONE round in it. One. I feel silly pointing this out, but apparently I must, so I'm posting it everywhere.

  • ya i k you shouldnt giva a kid an uzi your right

  • LMAO!!!good one!XD

  • Yeah, kids may have been doing this for years, but taht doesnt change the fact that it is fucking stupid EVERY time it has ever happened. ANYONE who thinks an 8 year old can shoot an Uzi is a fucking idiot.

  • Yeah Dude

An UZI is something you might see a GS and yes they are legal and yes the dad was the fuck up in this case as had he "gun" educated

his son about firearm safety,he would still be breathing our polluted outside air! JMAN

  • Someone gave you a camera, isn't that just about as dumb as an 8 year old with a gun?

  • KIDS AND GUNS DON'T MIX!!!

  • whoever thinks a kid should ever fire a gun is a fuc**** retard, guns are not for children. even dumb ass adults have "accidents". to each its own but i know im never going to allow my children around a gun.

  • My 6 yr old daughter had a .22 given to her for Christmas one year. By the time she was 8, she could shoot better than most grown men.

She never shoot herself or anyone else.

50 yrs ago, it was normal for kids to handle firearms.

  • It still should be! people are becoming more scared of guns and these new laws they are trying to pass will only hurt the law obiding public....criminals will allways have guns.

  • @smotpoker86 I think teaching children how to use a gun will prevent accidents. If people own guns criminals will have some second thoughts about robbing a house because they could be fatally injured. I mean imagine if no one was allowed to use guns people would be robbed left and right because all people would have to defend themselves are their bare fists. Like you said criminals will always have guns why shouldnt responsible people have them.

  • rifles, not pistols. Pistols are for killing people. 50 yrs ago people did not have gun shows where 1000 people stood around while someone shot a gun. How stupid can you get?

  • @PurrfectlyCute It is because you taught at a young age why she is so good and has never had an accident. Teaching a child how to use a gun in my opinion will prepare the child for when they do have to pick one up how to hold it and shoot it correctly. They always take away things because of some idiot accident. like the kid who killed himself with m 80s now we cant use m 80s.

  • @gnflores

No doubt that you've never lived in a rural area lol. All the kids around here own guns.

  • you are insignificant go away

  • Wake up sickos, and realize children are not your pawns to indoctrinate to your gun-worshipping cowboy ideals. This father should have had that poor defenseless child taken away and adopted out long before, by the children's services, for being a total fuckwad retard lacking any sense. May as well allow your kids to play chicken on the freeway.

  • Your right the kid had no businuss useing or holding a Uzi

  • Search youtube you will see numerous videos of kids shooting high power machine guns and other fully automatic weapons. No body got hurt and everybody is having a good time. Its sad that this 8 year old killed himself but it was a very isolated incident. As I have said before children have been doing this kind of stuff for a long time without anything like this happening. You may not like it but it does go on and it is legal.

  • Dude do you know anything about firearms?? You say "a 12 guage maybe, but an uzi"?? A 12 ga is much more difficult for a child to shoot. An uzi is a 9mm.

  • Unless its reduced recoil load. I wouldn't give a kid 3" Magnum 00 Buck.

  • I'm gonna stick and UZI up your anus and shoot it accidentally.

  • think you should mate

  • Right, cause that's the appropriate reaction to dismay from an 8 year being aloud to fire an uzi.

    Grow up.

  • The father was reaching for his camera when his child shot himself in the head. Ah, those Kodak moments you can cherish forever . . .

  • What can I say. Shit happens. Little kids have been shooting machine guns at gun shows for years without any major problems. I feel sorry for the family and the instructor but it is legal for little kids to shoot automatic weapons as long as there is parental consent and a licensed instructor. Oh and Uzis are legal if you have proper government license for them.

    Shit happens. nuff said.

  • Proud gun owner here who believes in supporting the right to bear arms. But, i agree totally with you. It's obvious that this child was not prepared or trained properly

  • You are a god damn idiot the right to bear arms is in the constitutin uzis are legal with the proper licneseing and a 12ga has about 5 times more power than a 9mm does it matter what kind of gun it is a gun is a gun handled improper they will all do the same thing.

  • So I'm an idiot for being dismayed that an 8 year old was allowed to fire an uzi? Think about that statement.

  • @ToInternetsWithAngst Yes. Yes, you are. You are right to be "dismayed" but you have chosen the wrong target for your dismay. You should be dismayed that the child was not properly instructed and supervised. Now he's dead.

That said, I would never let my theoretical future son fire anything other than a single shot .22 until he was about 16 and only after he had gun safety drilled and drilled and drilled into his soft child brain until he was as fanatical as I am about gun safety and handling.

  • I think he should be shooting a .22 LR. I shot an Uzi when I was 14 (that was a year ago) and for my 15th birthday I got to shoot a P90 ( :D ) but my dad has been working with me on how to use a gun safely for about 8 years.

  • 12ga is probably one of the most devastating close range weapons ever made. 00 Buck is like getting hit with 9,12,or 15 9mm bullets at once.

  • @Fetustoes yea but when you shoot a 12gage the barrel doesn't turn completely around and shoot you in the face.

  • @Fetustoes giving fire arms to children is against the law not to mention uzis are also against the law

  • @Fetustoes Just a quick question for you, who do you think is more likely to handle a gun improperly after they've been shown, a grown adult or a child? You know what, don't even bother answering. Based on your comment, I'm not sure you have the brain power to answer this question with an intelligent response. Man this country disappoints me more and more.

  • Thankyou captain Obvious.

  • If it's obvious then why did it happen?

  • Negligence.

  • i'm saying this guy is stating something we already know, and i guess it happened because of stupidity;if your father's gonna give you a gun,he should have put on the safety if it had one or unloaded it,besides for factoring a gun with recoil that a 8 year old could not control. Which he might have also forget,i don't know, but a gun is not a toy.

  • i live in ashford. so everyone needs to shut the fuck up!. i knew chris, he was the cutest little boy. the whole town is grieving with chris's family. R.I.P chris, we will miss you

  • your a douch bag lmao

  • It's douche bag kid. Jesus Christ, if you're gonna insult someone then do it right.

  • Thanks nigger.

  • You're welcome. Lol, this comment made my day.

  • I'd kind of rather teach my 8 year old to handle something with as little kick as an uzi than a 12 gauge man...

also, it was a 'machine gun show'

and it wasn't just an adult, it was a certified instructor.

it is a tragedy, and gun laws will probably change there (they're already some of the most strict gun laws in the U.S.)

  • well i'm from the neighboring town where this accident took place. This gun show has been going on for a while. This show is well supervised and really it takes an accident like this one to change the rules. Its sad that this had to happen but it really was an accident. when i was that child's age i was doing turkey shoots with a .410 and no one thought it was wrong. Guns are part of the american culture and typically teaching children about guns makes them more responsible about gun safety.

  • Dude. Chill. You admitted you don't know the laws. The fact is, one CAN legally own such a gun. (Even if you don't want them to...) Check out class 3 weapons permits.

Yes, this is wrong. It's outrageous. It's "so fucked up..." But seriously, why are you blabbing about it? You display insecurity and a false supposition of the prowess of your intelligence. Dam lit majors.... lol

  • Class 3 permits are a bitch to get, wouldn't mind having on though. Hello MP5!!!

  • This situation is wrong on so many levels. Somebody should go to jail for this. The adults are responsible for this child's death.

  • thx and yeah i wonder who took him to the gun show if it was father he was either a red neck or really fucking drunk that sad how stupid people r today

  • dude what kind of person would give an 8 year old a uzi wtf i would have never went to the gun show in the first place with an 8 year old

  • Good point. Either way it's a sad situation. Oh and dude on a better note, awesome song on your profile.

  • 8 year olds have been legally going to gun shows for decades so it isn't anything new. You may not like it but people do it all the time.

  • I don't mind that 8 year old being at gun shows. It's the fact that he was aloud to fire an uzi that gets to me.

    Seems irresponsible.

  • the guns shouldnt have recoil.... but it did

  • Maybe, but it was perfectly legal.

  • @ToInternetsWithAngst

    MUCh agreed..

Its one thing when the child gets the gun from a closet or drawer. But to hand the child any kind of loaded fire arm is just pure stupidity, If the parent isnt holding on to it too or safety on.. I have no remorse for that father, just the family....

@Fetustoes.You should never let a child hold something like an uzi.. if it had been a reg hand gun it would have only fired once not killing the child..The gun fired multiple shots before it struck the child..
