I was there! On a 48-hour trip from Athens, Greece, just to see Dave, it was cold and I had the flu and was running a fever and feeling really bad, but NOTHING would stop me!!! My one and only time so far... Such a great experience, hope I get to see him/them in concert again! Also yes, fantastic audience, met some really nice and funny people that night, but MAN, the dense fog of... fragrant smoke inside the Paradiso for someone who was feeling off and is not in the habit...!!!

I actually hope DMB won't be as loved as Robbie Williams is/was;)crowds tend to become more sucky then... Been listening to Dave's awesome music since I was 12 and passed it on to a lot of friends... Two of them are crazy about him, the rest is like "oh hell no, Coldplay is wayyy better". This was definitely the #1 concert I ever went to.. Pff I still get the chills when I hear the bootleg :P

I'm an Amsterdammer myself and have to admit that because DMB is still relatively unknown in NL, the audience seems to have a tendancy to kinda suck... I love DMB sooo much and thank God I live in the US now, makes it a lot easier to see 'em and love 'em as much as I want! The Dutchies do seem to get better though, its only a matter of time till Holland too will fall in love with Dave!

Dmb played Parkpop (biggest free festival Europe) at The Hague, ten years ago, same time Robbie Williams played. lucky me back then, maybe 2500 people listened DaveMB , others to Robbie. DMB wont be REALY BIG in Holland (who cares) just go to Dave when he's around (BelgiumEngland NetherlandsGermany it's all around!) .Dutchies like the more English sound, everybody is trying to copie it. Maybe its to Difficult?

Thanks. I got hold of a copy of Bob Haag's recording of the night which is amazing, and dubbed it onto my footage. And, yes, it was an amazing night - was well worth the trip from London!

Ahhhh, I'm so jealous!! I can't believe how respectful and awesome the crowd is. I saw him on his college tour in '03 and the audience sucked. Dave responds so positively to such an awesome crowd. Ahh, wish i coulda made it.

Definitely the best behaved audience I've seen. I think what did it was:

a) writing to warehouse members ahead of the gig asking them to set a good example and police those who didn't, and

b) being in a town which allowed the audience to smoke whatever they liked. That quietened us down!
