i dont even have to stand on the back rack to make my 08 grizzly 700fi do a wheelie, and i can hold a wheelie alot longer than that sitting on the seat haha but then again i have the $500 chip put in mine (it will do 90mph now it only done 72mph before) but it still done a wheelie without standing on the back rack before i put the chip in it now it does it alot longer...

Why do you can am guys feel the need to stand on the racks? I can just sit there and give it gas on my cat and shes up, and you guys work so hard to get it up standing on the rack and all then you let it down way early, KEEP IT UP WTF its not that hard to do
I've had so much trouble with my CanAm800. At 6 months the engine blew and had to be rebuilt. The front springs collapsed. The winch had to be replaced. The transmission housing leaked water causing the belt to slip. Then the transmission stopped shifting later and now my ATV is in the shop getting a new clutch because it locked up a few weeks ago. Although the warranty is 3 yrs I still have to pay a $50 dectable for each incident. They're fun and fast but unreliable.
Umm, thats a 2006. The 800 is a great quad all around. Exept it is alot of power. This one has had joint problems from all the wheelies but only the back wheel joints else than that its awesome. If your looking to just ride around and stuff like that I would recommend the 650. But the new FI power steering yamaha grizzly 700 is supposed to be a great quad aswell, make sure you look around.
Good choice, but if your saying "we", then you should consider the Outlander Max. Ride two confortably, and still have lots of power to get you anywhere.
