Thanks for your feedback. There are no comparative studies in the postoperative setting but I will tell you that the value of postoperative XRT is small and may be delayed, what is your PSA now and when was your treatment?

as always, Dr. Chodak explains everything in very clear non-technical language. i think his observations are totally valid based on other articles and reports i have read on cyberknife surgery. as a man with prostate cancer, i welcome the information. one question that i have that cannot be answered without further follow-up is 'are the results better with cyberknife as a post-operative treatment as opposed to IMRT or EBRT?'
