If u use jecht shot you will never make a record score...

My record is 18-0 in a regular game or 21-0 when the keeper had the ability that halves the stats and double the exp.

lets see i've never been beaten @ blitzball before and i use the original besaid aurochs i sub in wakka and datto between halves thats MY team and i am absolutely kickass, when i pull my PS2 out i'll record a game and show you how to REALLY play blitzball.... and the game also for that matter

i had 2 accounts with different blitzball team, the first one was almost a female blitz team, shaami, kiyuri, kulukan, shuu, linna, miyu and larbeight. kiyuri, shuu, linna r either center/defenders, shaami/larbeight are shooters.

the other one was made up of tidus wakka linna kiyuri shuu kulukan ropp miyu.

strong attackers/blockers. i like equipping my players either wither pass 3 or nap pass 3. just select no break and pass opp. who will block will either sleep or halved their stats.

Best team is RF Tidus LF Larbeight MF Kryumi RD Ropp RL Kukken GL Nimrock them at level 99 are unstopable!

My team is RF Linna/Tidus LF Villucha MF Mifurey LD/RD Lakkam, Kulukan and Naida GL Yuma Guado. Undefeated in 630 matches. And avoid signing up the original Luca Goers. Even at level 99, they're absolutey awful.

@SonnyAMan Nice team, your right about the luca goers there crap ill tell you end up ace at level 99 the kilika beasts 4 of there players are in the top ten players in the game! Also at level 99 wedge turns into the second best keeper how strange is that when at the start he's a striker!

a good starting team would be tidus, wedge, shuu, letty (for passing), zev, and jumal. So far im undefeated 24-0. (replace letty with wakka and shuu with brother once you can get them.)

The goaly may be using the high risk technique which cuts stats in half to grow quicker. Nimrook get 31 Ca only at level 40 something

You should be able to get Brother on the Airship, like when youre first onboard i think. if you dont get the jecht shot on the boat, i think you can learn it from somebody else, doesnt matter who, as long as you press X in time. i think i learn Jecht Shot 2 from someone else, so i'm sure it can be that way

the easiest team to beat is the Ronsos, but if you watched my game you could tell they were very slow, thats why i was able to circle the ring and get to the goal easier. to get abilities sometimes an ability will flash at the bottom i think you have to press X in enough time to learn it, or it will go away. like lets say a dude is fixing to do a Ject shot 2, the name will pop up at the bottom and you have to hurry and press X to accept it. also when Tidus is on that boat trying to do the Ject

Shot, get it right and you will learn it. um i think if you go under exhibition in the blitz ball menu, you can practice, but i dont think it lets you level up, but you can still probably learn abilities

u should try getting other players just go up to one of them and press square just so you know and also never keep your original team you will lose

i agree with veggieeater some goalies do have a high catch like the al bhed psyches goalie he has mad catch there is about 40% chance to get it in from far even with jecht shot... and one thing bitches tidus is the best in the middle bcuz i always get a goal under 40 secs with tidus in the middle and if i get the ball first

omg!! guys its just a freaken game! so freaken what if have tidus doing the jecht shot that close, i did that to make sure it goes through because some goalies have a higher catch okay!! so freaken chill out! i have tidus in the middle so he can be the one to catch the ball. i never said i was a pro at this. there is nothing wrong with circling the ring, its called avoiding your opponets, thats like one of the mains points of the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! geez!!

Personally I kinda want another goalkeeper like Nimrook but his with the Al Bheds and my keeper Jumal, is getting bad with a catch of 17 at level 16 while even Durren has a catch of 23! This is my team: Tidus Level 17ish Blappa level 15ish Brother Level 39 Ropp Level 13 Wedge Level 16 Jumal Level 16 Subs: Tatts Level 15ish Zalitz Level 16 Brother is an absolute exp hog! My defenders barely get a touch of the ball Since Blappa knows nap shot and spin ball he and Tidus are great defs
