  • On that picture I can clearly see the Bootious Maximus

  • Thank you so much. Eight minutes a day on the foam roller just hasn't done it. Having the tight IT band pull the knee cap out of joint is a nightmare. You've given me some tools to protect it.

  • qualified Neurosoma practitioner. I'ver had a few treatmenrts from him, before treatments my lower back was in agony, I am now running again, I went to see everyone prior to him, physios, chiros, osteos, so called best therapists, you know the ones you think they can sort everything (they don't) saw this guy, zero ego, affordable, humble as you like, bang-fixed! I can play with my kids now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @vicariousreality7- Just search engine Thomas Griner, the guy backs up all he teaches with science, immensely talented, he has done the hard work on phyiology unlike 99% or therapists, not just churning out the samle ole handed down misguided concepts, ones I espeically cannot stand are- myofscial release, tp's ..................................there is also a guy in UK/Scotland who incorporates Griner type treatments (cross stroking) into his work, and is keen to get out there to become

  • My god, my body is fucked up.

  • now i'll just take a nice soft bone here.

  • I thought I knew what I was doing til I found THOMAS GRINER- NEUROSOMA, he is re-inventing this whole wheel that all massage therapists seem so willingly putting themselfs inside, as a person in this field I cannot believe the amount of experts out there that are working on a false premise, 200yrs ago the world was flat wasn't it? Griner has proven otherwise with regards to treating soft tissue and all the commonly accepted approaches to it.

  • @Helios601 So wtf did he do

  • thank you for taking the time to post this video, I work with many knee, hip, low back injuries and this video was helpful to post my clients in pain who have moved away and are needing some information on the techniques that I use Thank you for posting.

  • Excellent information - many thanks!

  • I do allot of cycling, I dont have any knee problems that I am aware of but my IT band or (side of the legs, quads) does get sore and tight, more then other areas of my legs as well as my glutes.Having the massage done in that area can be a bit painful for me but its a good kind of pain and I feel way better after its done.

  • Awesome video. Thanks heap

  • Good video. I sometimes find it useful to work the ITB on their side so that the underneath leg is straight and in-line with their upper body and the uppermost leg rests with knee flexed on the plinth which allows me better body mechanics whilst isolating the worked area using the plinth instead of the leg floating or resting into my torso. I do like your progressions though, thanks.

  • I believe alof of these guys have it completely wrong, think I'm of the mark, research Thomas Griner or Brian Bronk

  • i find your videos awesome!! i believe im going to invest in the lot of them...one question though when u r doing this deep tissue work ..i.e. the quads on a hairy guy..it creates discomfort becasue the hair pulls..what can one do to avoid this?

  • @remember1084 hey, I had my first deep massage today after having some ultrasound on my knee. In answer to your query, it would be the least of the guys worries pulling on his hairs. I was in quite a lot of discomfort during this mostly due to my injury. But my physio used some sort of cream/oil to minimise friction and hair pulling wasnt a problem at all really...hope this answers ok :-)

  • @remember1084 the therapist just use a litlle more of the lotion (cream or oil)

  • @remember1084 shave your legs. it'll grow back!

  • great video.
