Finally the Brits designed a gorgeous "jet" fighter. The prop planes were all lovely and asthetically pleasing but until the Eurofighter came along, the British jets are ass ugly! The Tornado for example...
First of all, the Tornado is NOT British-it is European. Secondly, you don't know much about British aviation do you? Have you never heard of the Hawker Hunter? Arguably THE most beautiful jet fighter ever designed. Years ahead of it's time, used by several airforces until the early-mid 90's.
Im Dassault Mirage Fan love the wings I like the Spitfire but fav ww2 airdraft would be the Tempest powerful engine

Very good filming. I saw the euro fighter at Dartmouth and its truely amazing at how slow that plane can fly.

Tornado good aircraft, but underpowered
for low-level bombing
