It's platonic between Hikaru and Eagle, but with very strong emotions of friendship; somehow she really grows attached to him during her captivity.
Don't know how Eagle feels though beyond that he cares for her; he's a bit cryptic with that. He almost acts like a big brother for her in the series though.
As far as Lantis goes, it's obviously love and very deeply so again. I guess the emotions are very strong both ways when it comes to the Red Girl.
In the end it seems like Hikaru doesn't love either of them romantically..
When Lantis asked who she loved she answered "Everyone" wich means that she loves everyone equally and that there is no one "special", if that makes sense..
As for Lantis and Eagle; They are in love with eachother AND Hikaru, but Lantis seems to favor Hikaru and Eagle loves Lantis the most..;P
