There is a headphone jack. Those two hole are for recognizing that the phones near your head to it can lock. The QWERTY keyboard is easy to use. The web browser is sub-par. Its not even completely HTML. This is a simple business phone. This was not a very good review.

No it has to be the custom Samsung Headset(or Headphones). You can order them at T-Mobile or just go to a local T-Mobile Retailer. They should be able to get you squared away.

You do not need the full internet package. This phone runs on t.zones. you are able to run youtube, etc.

Im working at T Mobile with Unlocked GSM phone store and I sell lot of Behold and its kinda laggy and slow but the app is really great~ but I recommend Omnia or Omnia HD its already out~ its smart phone but if you don care smart phone you could get Jet, Samsung Jet is the fastest phone in the market right now check it out~ you will love the speed ^^

you can do all that stuff with a memory card and put the music and stuff on the sd card or you can use the usb adaptor it comes with to connect to your computer
