Attempting to push it back on its wheels by man power is not always a good idea. The kerb weight of the car will dig right into the wheels and it can strain the axels and bend the mounting hubs. Its ok if you do it the once, but if you keep rocking it like that it doesn't do the components any favours. You can get a nasty blow-out if the rims press right into the tyres. Ouch!
