Thank you so much for posting this video. I had to get off alprazolam, then got on lorazepam, then had to get off that, and finally had to get off clonazepam. Each phase was a nightmare, and now back on lorazepam, and I feel hopeless. By watching this video, it gives me some hope.
I am going through ativan withdrawl as I type these words of thanks. My body is twitching and I can't help but be very scared of what
is going on but your words are my thoughts. Today may be better or worse than yesterday but I know I was once happy and without medication. I will find myself again through this journey. Thank you once again for your words of confirmation and comfort.
@mj8273 Oh MJ8273, I'm so sorry that you're having such a difficult time. Yes, you WILL make it through this. Keep absorbing all the positives that you can find, dig deep down for more patience, don't fight the symptoms.. just accept them as a necessary path to your recovery, and take each day, each moment at a time. This too, shall pass.. Sending a gentle hug and thoughts of wellness.
@Shelleyralynn Thanks for your kind comment and positive feedback Shelleyralynn! It is very much appreciated. : ) Wishing you all that is good for this year!
You're welcome. I'm pleased that you've found it to be helpful. All the best with your recovery... One day this experience will be a faded memory. : )
This was the exact encouragement that I needed... thanks so much for posting! Every statement is is carefully worded and nurturing. Thanks for making my recovery prosess that much more bearable!
Thankyou this is very helpful. xo
