@mcgriv Right on bro! It is a super fun tune to play and I do a pretty easy version of it. The more accurate version has some wicked finger picking but just getting in to the vibe is pretty inspiring. Hope you'll post up your version when you get it down.

I know my youtube account name is really stoopid but im 14 and love the dead. my dad showed them to me when I was in fourth grade and he showed me the video of jerry playing this song on 3-28-81. When jerry gets cranking I realized that his real love was music and nothing but that.

@Bogamir Yup it is the C#m...I am playing it in the open position though. Same fingering as an open D7 but everything moved one string up.

@Bogamir okay so it is supposed to be c#m and The chord that you are playing there although I am not sure if it is an open chord form of c#m it is in fact Amaj7. It is also used on the word "long" in long strange trip its been line in Truckin. Nice sweatshirt and nice job man

I do practice it with the finger picking but can't do it well enough to get in to a groove and forget about technique...or actually get through the whole song :-) I've been woodshedding for awhile now - I guess it is just going to take awhile before I feel comfortable implementing them in to my style of jammin'
