  • THANK YOU! :)

  • THANK YOU! :)

  • When I save the clip, it messes up and only does the split-screen part.

  • @CampOnDuty Never mind, all fixed!

  • thank you:) but im doing a long vid and only want one clip to be like this , anyway i can put the other clips normal and just have 1 split screen?

  • how does your voice sound so clear!

  • Ok get how to do this but is there a way to actually get the videos not cut off the siude of the vudei but instead shrink the videos to this size cause im trying to make a full screen side by side 3d video to make a 3D video. I dont care even if the video is pinched.

  • awesome video mate! :D

  • amazing thanks!

  • Thanks you sir ;)

  • How could you add an effect like a wripped page between the split?

  • CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU ARE ABLE TO LISTEN TO THE AUDIO OF BOTH VIDEOS SIMULTANEOUSLY? LET"S SAY IF YOU MAKE A 1-MAN BAND VIDEO WITH MULTIPLE INSTRUMENTS? Can you confirm this please?

  • @CarSetupMaster yes you can, you can have as many layers of audio and video as you want.

  • @aussie114 okay thank you for confirming this :)

  • Is there a way to do split screen with 3 videos going side by side?

  • When I do this the video in the lower layer get pixelated... Whats wrong?

  • Straight Away i knew u were aussie :) XD

  • Grasias por el tutorial :D me sirvio (Y)

  • thanks man this was very helpful

  • mine just zooms in. can u help?

  • @spding434 Go into event pan/crop of the video you want to change and then when you have the aspect ratio changed, lock it using the little button on the left of the window and then you can zoom out as much as you like but it stays on its side of the window. :)

  • @saraahh02 ThankS :D

  • YEAH! I've been looking just for that Track Motion! It helped me very much. Thanks man!

  • Exactly what I needed. Thank you!

  • What if you want to do more than one? (3,4,6, etc)

  • what did you use to record crysis left and right to get them as mp4? pleaseeeeeee respond this will help sooooo much

  • How to do this in one clip of the video???

  • thanks homie, i got what im looking for :)

  • Ugh, doesn't work for me, what the hell are you dividing at 1:22? Where are you getting 960 from?

And even then, when I enter in the "halfing" thing, when I go to the tracking thing, both videos are back in their original sizes and can't be paired next to each other without cutting out half of them out when trying to move them to left and right (both overlapping when they're supposed to fit just right)

Can someone help me with this?

  • Thankss!!:D

  • Wow thanks this was easier than I though hah.

  • thank you. geez ppl dont know wtf Split Screen is

  • is the background a subliminal message for us?

  • you just saved my life. every other tutorial doesnt tell you how to do the track motion part!

  • thanks dude, I was looking all over the place for how to do this.

  • Thanks mate, there's a free download by Vast called PIP (picture in picture) which does this but only works for vegas pro and I have vegas movie studio platinum. This way is ingenious thanks again.

  • Background LoL Nice background

  • thanx

  • OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH <3

before i knew this i always did split screens with the locked aspect ratio.....omg

  • Cool! u've really helped me a lot! Thanks!

  • Thank you so much for this!!! I do have one problem though. When I preview my video or render it to a new track...there's a huge black gap between the 2 clips, which isn't visible when the fille is opened in Vegas itself. what should I do?

  • thank you very much. although I am using a Vegas 10.0 trial, I can now do a split screen. :D

  • hey I followed everything you did but I had a problem... You see at 2:29 how you push it over all the way till there's no black? Well on mine there's like an invisible boarder, so it goes to a certain point and then the video starts getting cut off... Before reaching the black... : ( so the video is small :(

  • i use crop and it zoom in cannot see my gun .

  • thanks

  • Big thanks for the tutorial, i really wanted to know how to do that.

    You´re the best =D

  • which sony vegas do you use?

  • thank you!!!

  • Thank you!! :D

  • is there anything you can NOT do in vegas vaegas pwns

  • @sourceplayer151

after effects is better but way harder to use

  • @sourceplayer151 well, Ive gone on every split screen tutorial on youtube and not one of them addresses what should be a very simple action - which is to take a segment of one of the videos and move it aorund the frame of one of the halves, so you can centre the picture for instance. It should be the easiest of asks on vegas, but can I figure it out? no. does anyone tell you how to do it? no. Have I explained it well? no.

  • THANX ALOT THAT WORKED !!

BUT PLEEEEASE :S LEAVE THE BUDGIE ALONE :_(

i can hear them screaming in the background

    i looove them a lot :(

reeally !! thanX for the video helped me a lot !!

  • Thanks so much. It was really easy and clear instruction. I think your instruction was better than others. I just tried what you showed, and I think now I can use this method to make my video.

  • pm me for fast lockerz invite

  • Thank you for posting a Vegas tutorial Aussie.

    5/5

  • Thank You Very Very Much For Your Help Sir Aussie.

    Your The Man!!

  • thanks for the tutorial.

so what's the purpose of track motion if you can move the video from pan/crop as well ?

  • you cannot move the video in pan and crop, you can only do what it says crop and then pan around the video, you can only move the video as far as track motion allows.

  • @ABONESR with pan and crop you can only over the video to certain places you have the ratio set cause if you notice your video or image will disappear track motion lets you move the video or image where you want without this problem.

  • Maybe this one of the ways Derren Brown predicted the lottery.

  • Nice tutorial, thanks for uploading, Vegas is great
