  • they took off the audio clip cause he's speaking the truth.

  • Fuck youtube censorship.

  • no audio

  • What happened to the sound?

  • This was such a brilliant clip. Fuck you, Youtube! You're screwing up the community and it's business with your family related crap.

    Youtube, Screw you!

  • what happened to the audio?

  • I second this!

  • there is a reason i stopped watching TV and for the most part buying a lot of music. i noticed this. ignorance is bliss, but at least i know why i suffer.

  • umm...he does a radio show...He isnt just randomly making a video....

  • haha mold in the fridge that is preety catchy

  • "infidelguy", should I give you a percentage of my album's earnings when I make my "Termites on my wall" CD?

  • Holy shit, Reg!

    "Mold in tha fridge, nigga!"

Absolutely SLAYED ME. You're gonna get me fired over here.

  • Dumb ass music has always exsisted, and will always exsist.

Nothing we can really do about it :p

I agree with you though. Rap kinda sucks sometimes.

I once heard a rap song about Flossing...flossing hard.

  • THIS SOCIety just want to feel good without any boundaries. People dont care. Remember this, if you want to know about a person culture just listen to their music because music will tell you all about a person's perspective.

  • It's funny that this video was posted only a week before the Soulja Boy phenomenon came along and wiped out all remaining sense of hip-hop..

  • This gets an amen from me.

Aldous Huxley once said that most of our lives are spent in the active avoidance of thinking.

There's truth in them there hills (termite on the wall notwithstanding

    :)

    Ó

  • People like the feeling of not having to care. I think commercial rap music (these days especially) portrays carelessness and also the ability to not care and succeed.

  • I think dumb ass music is a refection of how anti-intellectual popular culture has become.

  • Make a podcast, Love the debate man. You're freaking great! I could listen to you all day, make that podcast ^_^"

  • great Work Brother

    i'll be listening

    you hit the nail on the head, its not fuctional art-it has no purpose as far as liberation.. it causes more ignorance,keep up the great work, your voice is needed,welcome to this 'underground' revolution,it will soon rise to the top, much wisdom in this piece brother,{MUCH,RESPECT}

    -Ital Iman I

  • u said the n-word

  • That's not to say there's not good rap, though.

Stuff like Greydon Square is good rap, isn't "gangsta", and should be played, but it's not only because he's an atheist.

  • B.E.T.= Black EmbarASSment Television

  • dumb ass music = rap/hip hop

I can totally agree with this!

  • BSD1232253 Not all rap/Hip hops dumbass styles, for example Blackalicious, Mos-def, Q-tip etc are very skilled soulful rhythmic & Intellectual artists.

I agree the majority of stuff that's mainstream Is complete B.S & has no place and/or serves no purpose in This day & age. What about that Gothic heavy metal with no lyrics at all just zombies screaming & making gurgling sounds ...?

    That's dumbass music.

Or Mainstream pop music like Fergie "My hump my hump my hump my hump"gotta hate it.

  • New rap sucks, Fergie sucks, Pop sucks, American music is bullshit! I rather listen to a repeative drumbeat or a guy screaming at the top of his lungs for hours than listen to the American bullcrap called rap! Sorry buddy.

  • the latest dumbest thing in the hip hop world is indeniably (drum roll!!): yeah you guessed it right SOULJA BOY!

    what the hell!!??

  • I AGREE 100% WELL SAID INFIDEL GUY!

  • how do you know for a fact, that its dumb? isn't such a thing ultimately subjective?

  • Art imitates life, stupid people make stupid art.

  • you know I agree with this whole rant...but are we just getting old? Old folks used to say alot of the same kinda things about the music we listened to. Are we missing something that these young people are connecting with? I dunno, just thinking.

  • STOP BUYING THEIR SHIT!!!

  • The best type of hip hop nowadays is underground hip hop....mf doom, del, de la soul, common, cl smooth, twalib kwali, etc. If you want hip hop that makes you think, turn off mtv, bet, etc. The rappers on these channels are puppets for the quick buck record company. And why is "gangsta rap" still around? Yeah, it was relative in say, 1988, but after 20 years, have'nt we seen the same formula/ genre over and over...and over again!?BOOOOORING!

  • there is mold in the fridge.

there is mold in the fridge.

there is mold in the fridge.

there is mold in the fridge.

there is mold in the fridge.

    and it's stinky!

  • I feel ya man!

We need more proper music out there and stop listening to the crap on MTV.

Like Trent Reznor said, record companies keep signing artists who play mindless music and if the artist has something to say, the label is not gonna sign him.

Check out Saul Williams, he's the man nowdays!

  • OK ya won me over ;) but if you wanna see why, AND I'M WITH YOU ALL THE WAY, but check into some W.E.B. DuBois and Frederick Douglass... there are far-reaching cultural yearnings which big media exploits to turn black people into a high-profit clown show.... but the soul in it is worth understanding, embracing, not rejecting; an excellent start is with strong FAMILIES and strong MEN, there are already lot of strong women true, THOSE come from seeking GOD (not by appealing to men by mocking God.)

  • what about soljaboy lol hes messed.

  • I heard that most rap/hiphop is bought by white high-school teenagers. Now that could just be because there are more white than blacks so of course they would buy more since they outnumber blacks. But if not it shows its not so much race related as it is some common mentality.

  • LoL, my cousins and lil nephew buy it, and they claim that they are "part black" to their friends by inventing some relative from the past that was black. It's hilarious. :-D The funniest time was when one of my cousins told her friends she grew up in the ghetto. Since when was a white-bread suburb "ghetto"? lulz...

  • It is sad. Black people got jazz, R&B, the blues, soul, and 50% of rock and roll. Its so sad that they stoop to hip hop. Some of it is good, but the VAST majority of it is crap

  • haha.. "there's some mold in da fridge, nigga!"

  • sad there is only a hand few a black rockers and listeners, but hey the rest of you like ghetto low life scum thats still gangbanging and killing each other over a color.Dumbasses. Think you fuckers tuff? Join in a MASH PITT and see how long you last, that goes for rap listeners also, you all are pussies with no taste in real music

  • rappers have no talent they just talk and rhyme..At least Rock is music of meaning and has great lyrics. It takes talent in order to play the guitar or drums or vocals. To come up with the lyrics takes talent. 1.Rap music in which every song is about the same thing almost. No real instruments and when writing a rap song you make up a song about being gangster.Rap takes little talent to just rhyme

2.I can't wait till rap be completly dead. Because, me being a black guy,rap is embarrasing.

  • That's the problem my race, ignorant slaves to the bet/thug mentality. But tell me this whats the pride in stupid ebonic talking, stupid rap thats has no meaning to it,sagging pants, gold teeth,(PINK SHIRTS,WTF?)blacks get more respect from going to jail then school, acting tuff 24/7.Yes 99% of my race is useless accept for the other 1% black people that is like me.Hell,he's right rap isnt even music,he is so right

  • Me being a BLACK guy, I got to say I don't see how anyone is impressed by ghetto low life rappers. Why are people impressed by this type of stuff?Anyways I dont get it.ghetto people are impressed by stupidy anyways SO MAYBE THATS WHY. I HATE rap/hip hop & r&b,it's all garbage. My race is so embarrasing when it comes to good taste its redicolous.

  • The only people who are impressed by that shit are those who didn't grow up in the ghetto, and those who are not doing anything with their lives.

  • I you just said what I have been wanting to say for years...Alot of "white-music" has been subject to the same kind of compramise as well.. I used to think music videos were a cool and legitimate art form.. now i think they have done more dammage than good..lets delete Mtv VH1 and BEt off the air and let Western culture progress a little.

  • This guy is half right and half wrong. Anybody who thinks BET is Hip Hop must be the highest motherfucker alive. He focuses on all the stuff that is not hip hop and tries to categorize it as being Hip Hop. Such as golg teeth, booty shaking, violence and all that other senseless garbage.

  • The world needs more people like you.

  • You brought me to tears, with several of your videos. Please keep it up. I find truth in everything you say. You've got such a good heart, and I feel it. Thanks dude! My other Youtube name is craigtube. Come see me sometime. Damn, you rock!

  • you bet

    listen the guy

    peace and self respect

    villy

  • Ha ha ha!

    I'm subscribing, now.

  • pac=music with a message

    fuck this guy

  • music doesn't refelct who you are, I'm sorry. Music only reflects what is real about a human, and what is fundamentally there from the beginning of a life. Music should come from culture as an innevitability, never the other way round. otherwise you learn NOTHING from music. A generalisation: Hip-Hop is not straight music. that's just bias. It draws it's appeal from very unmusical things.

  • yes cause there's 2 choises hip hop or coldplay...

    straight music lol

  • yeah so let's all listen to coldplay and be gay? no thanks. nobody's perfect... but hip hop is the only straight music left.

  • That's the problem with poor education. It gives you no choice. you have no choice but to be homophobic and don't have the benifit of being able to understand that hip-hop is nothing but a genre, which really has nothing to do with music, because you consider these things part of your identity, and therefore are afraid to let them go. why don't you explain yourself fully? have you not listened to this video? If you ever grow up you'll realise that being cool is a distraction from what matters.

  • Music is the quickest way to teach someone something, you present them with something they will listen to and insert your message. I'm old enough to realize that I'd rather buy a CD that will reflect who I am, than what MTV wants me to be! Many Musicians are todays Super Heros and they should want to look back at their music as inspiration and not as a possible cause to where society failed to deliver to its youth.

  • Is there plenty of dumb ass music out there? YES

Does everything an artist records supposed to have a message? NO

Am I just as frustrated about this as infidelguy? YES

  • Damn good points

  • Reggie I think you make a very good point. People emulate these idiots and thugs and it's holding them back in more ways than they know or even can know. Those who emulate these thugs are a drag on the community and the genepool...

  • What happen with the track you were going to play, you kept on talking ??? im lost

  • I disagree with IG. He says since kids look up to rappers, they shouldn't curse or say stupid things or advocate the gansta lifestyle. Listen, if you're a parent and your kid looks up to rappers, then YOU messed up because obviously the kid has messed-up values. What if some kids looked up to porn stars? Does that mean the porn industry should stop making porn?

  • yeah, blame lays with the parents, but the type of ignorance these thug poser rapper punks perpetuate harms the urban communities and there are some hillbilly racist pricks chuckling with glee that people are stupid enough to emulate that shit.

  • good imitation of the ying yang twins. and you think exactly like i do! lol.

  • WOW! I swear to God, that is exactly the same thing I was thinking, and wanted to say.

    Well said: 10/10

Great video, Favourited and will send around to friends.

  • You right but remember it's white kids and their's more white kids than black kids a lot of black kids don't even go to the concerts so they entertain white kids so tell white kids who idiotically buy them

  • Their's* doesn't exist. It's there are*. This is hilarious though...and true. And embarassing.

  • You're right that a lot of white kids are helping perpetuate this shit. Really the whole dumbass thug culture doesn't know racial boundries though. From machismo to gangster shit, it's base stupidity on the lowest level.

  • seriously i think all this shit is gay i think that if people think shooting poeple is cool then go to a mental insitution its so gay.......you dont soo rocker kids shooting people and talking like their high 24/7 seriously parents if your kids a "gangster" at the gae of 4 you need help

  • there's a termite on my wall...

there's a termite on my wall...

  • You know, that's the REAL problem with family culture these days. 'Uh, I can't stop my kid from buying the x-rated music/game. If I try, they go out and buy it themselves.' Here's an idea, why don't you take a CIVIL SUIT up with the shop that sells something that is legally not supposed to be for under 15's!

The first stop is with the parent and that is where every single one of the lay back, scratch their ass parents need to look, not at the 'artist' but themselves!

  • There is dumb ass music because there is a demand for it. We cannot blame the rappers... they are businessmen who are providing a *wanted* service. The consumers are to blame for buying it. As you mentioned before, it's cool to be an ignorant dumbass, and as long as this holds true, there will be dumb ass music.

  • Fuck that explanation digital. There's a demand for intellectual music too. Kids buy the records, yes. But they'll listen to anything catchy. Don't tell me there aren't any artists out there innovative enough to be catchy and intellectual.

  • There's a demand for intellectual music? That is simply false, because if there were a demand for it, there would be a supply. Why don't you name a popular intellectual band for kids? You can't, because there aren't any. Teens don't want intellectual music, they want BADASS music. Drugs, bitches, hos, money, etc. And that's why there is a generous supply of it out there.

  • It's very possible to create bad ass music that's also intelligent. The thing is, these idiot "artist" are too fucking high and stupid to make anything clever, witty, or in any way intelligent.

  • I'm in Atlanta, and I see what you're saying, especially about the club scene. Where's the message about their lives? Where's the stories about the breaks? Where are the anti-hero funk role models? If they're going to be cliche, they can at least fit the genre and not yell arrogant nonsense. I'm not with you 100% on the "whether it's music" thing or the depth of influence on kids, but I definitely agree that the music and sort-of culture around it in the Atlanta area can be dumb as hell.

  • You rock dude .... Just rated 5 stars :)

  • I always enjoy this man's videos. What he says is sensible and logic.

  • I look at that type of music as low quality entertainment, I seriously cannot call it art. It doesn't say anything worth hearing, it doesn't make you think, it doesn't make you question, they just sound totally egotistical and it just makes me angry to see that this stuff is getting pumped out.

  • Right on, man!!!!!

  • Yeah, I.G. However, you of all people should know critical thinking is not humanities strong point. You should also know that whenever you're in the public eye you automatically seem more important. Thus, trends will always supersede intellect. Always have, always will.

  • I couldn't agree more, IG. Well said.

  • i totally agree infidelguy

  • You fall in the trap when you talk about what's being served.Media understands the influence of music & entertainment ..they pick whats served.

They depict our context & what represents us - you fall for the bait & talkin uppity.. to other uppity folks.

  • LOL!!!! Man that was rich. Thanks IG

  • Well Said Infidelguy!!! 5/5!!....Great rant, 100% accurate!!!

  • A lot of people who've posted here don't seem to have heard real Hip-Hop.

  • 5/5 Rap is an embarrasment to the music industry & America.

    :/

  • My opinion of Dumb Ass Music!!! Rap Crap!!! Now thats DUMB ASS Music. The kind that twists young kids minds to kill cops/beat up their wives and girlfriends/not to snitch and use every foul word possible to say absolutely shit!!! nothing! Kuddo's for your putting out this video, you get 1,000,000 stars from me infidelguy! and I am not an old person.

  • I could say the same about hardcore metal where they just roar on a microphone making us white people look bad. As for the new rap music where it's just easy and stupid you got too many drunk people at clubs etc just like YEAH THIS IS HOT lol.

  • If you ever have listened to Metallica you'd know they

    A. have a message

    B. Never roar

  • Metallica is awesome. I am not talking about metallica. I am talking about bands that just sceam on a mic the whole song.

  • To give you a better example I am talking about bands that are death metal not all of them but some of them are just down right stupid. Screaming, roaring like four words and you look at the lyric's can't make out what they are saying and supposely they said like a sentence which sounded like four words drawn out.

  • What about GG Allin & Cannibal Corspe? Do they have positive messages in their music?

  • Of course not. They just have fun. This isn't about positive messages to me. It's about repetative beats.

  • Btw don't act like a hate rap. I LOVE old rap. Like Grandmaster Flash and Run DMC.

They're fun to listen to and most of the time have a good message.

  • No doubt man. I love the old school. My fav hip hop are from 85-94. 96 was the beginning of the dumb down of hip hop music well all music and all genre to be real with ya.

  • It's very interesting. I like this guy.

  • Anyone else notice as rap became more popular, so did gang violence, poor grammar, and a basic disregard for doing anything productive?

The glorification of these rappers is hurting the black community.

  • Wrong. Gangs violence, poor grammar been here way before rap was even invented. What hurting the black community is poor education, lower wages jobs, teen pregnancy. You know what it is, all the teen drops out in the 70's and 80's having kids. Their kids grow up to be ignorant and guess what they kids are ignorant. Its a cycle of ignorant.

  • You niggers created wiggers and that's the only reason I hate you. </3

  • yep aka SOULJA boy

  • weaboo

  • I thought I knew what genius was until I watched this. There's nothing intellectual about those people or their music. It's pretty much a lame excuse for them to make easy money.

  • 5 DAMN STARS

  • hey IG,

I couldn't agree with this video more. I don't think anyone can refute the things you point out. Keep the great stuff coming.

  • what a dumbass. And you're an idiot if you think artists dont send messages through their songs. I think you're afraid of how powerful that music genre is because people like it more than any crap you might listen to. Last time I checked music can be fun too, so if people want to dance in a club to music that has a better beat than a guy strumming a guitar, then what's the problem? Seriously get off your high horse and open your eyes

  • i was almost racist before, know that theres people like you boom i love black people lol

  • lol

  • do you know how much money these people are making. i mean you have to remember these are people from the ghetto who are trying to survive.wouldnt you do any thing to get rich

they would. and the way they talk thats how they talk were thier from you cant stop it, they wont stop it. they come from the gutter you have to understand that, they dont care about how your kids listen to it they are grown ass men making a good living do the same

  • They're niggers.

  • I do feel for you, Infidel Guy. If MOST blacks were like you, I doubt that more than 1% of whites would have any problems with blacks. You are obviously highly intelligent, honest, and aren't taken in by the bullshit parts of 'black culture'. Unfortunately, so many blacks ARE more than willing to 'keep it real', that they ruin their own lives and those of every other race around them.

  • Hey, do any of you blacks want to go and live in Africa, away from all the evil white 'racism' you face every day? Well, white people will be only too pleased to pay for one way tickets for you, to help you 'escape' from all the terrible things that white people do to you... As long as you promise never to come back to our countries, we'll PAY for you to leave...

  • Ive listened almost every kind of music sometime in my life (tho excluding techno and electric kind of stuff, never been into that) and the BEST what I came up with, all of these years, is NO DOUBT Frank Zappa.

Skillful playing + Extremely funny lyrics = only FZ infidel, you TOO should listen to his music if you yet havent got a chance to.

  • wake up black man

  • WELL SAID! I AGREE 100%!

  • tr00f

  • 100% truth...we need more black people to speak out like this..."THUGS" are selling their own people out....The irony

  • FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

  • I cannot agree with you more. Since young, and this was waaay young, I despised all the rap and reggae that was circulating on the radio. Not only did it degrade women as sexual objects, but it also teaches kids to become gang members. Honestly, grills are ugly, rappers need to start making sense and promote peace, and women needs to stop dressing like they don't know what cloth is. Kudos to you, however, for bringing this topic up amongst the urban community.

  • and what are u? a nigger? gook? chink? spick? Cracker? spook? Wigger? well? And dont cry to me about racial slurs while u use them.

  • this guy hates being black

  • Why does he have to act a certain way, because he's black?

The entire idea of acting a certain way because your skin color is PERPETUATING RACISM!

    You're creating sterotypes. Good job.

  • With the way black thug in america act I dont blame him. This guy is like martin luther king. Tryin to get the guys to quit bein what society wants them to be and be good ppl. Society loves "nigga's" it gives them something to stereotype. And modern blacks are playin right into it. much love.

  • LOL thanks reggie, I loved this show. A new favorite

  • dumb ass art... lmao! good show, i totally agree.

  • I think your parent was too dumb to pull out.

  • Bring back the 90s.

  • Whew, it isn't just me that can't take this oversimplified crunk music. Interestingly enough, this hip hop artist Bomani Armah, did a parody (Read a Book) that actually contains good advice amongst the racial slurs. It should be on his myspace...anyway, keep up the good work, and I hope you interview Pastor Harry Hardwick again someday.

  • Mold in my Fridge - best song ever! Seriously- awesome, very insightful

  • I think "Termite" and "Mould in my Fridge" would be smokin' hot.

termite on ma wall, termite on ma wall mmm mmm!

  • i feel you. BET actually has a policy of banning material with actual substance, there are several singles they've refused to broadcast, saying the songs were too intelligent for their audience.

you could have given some credit to hip hop artists that make meaningful music, simply because it's become so hard to survive in the industry with actual content.

  • That makes me dislike BET even more. All the money they have, they can create another channel for alternatives. Just another excuse.

  • kudos

  • Hey, I'm Dan, 14.

I agree completely. And I would have to say, it is like a disease. The young men and women (It would be more appropriate to call them children) have started emulating what they hear and see in the media.

  • And now, there are only a handful of teenagers in my are who can construct a proper sentence, using real words. To tell you the truth it scares me that this, is the TV generation. We were raised on the television, because our parents were too lazy, working too many jobs, or just didn't care enough to make sure that we would become actual human beings instead of the recordings that are walking around.

  • And I am scared, because eventually, we are an entire race of consumers, unable to do anything for themselves.

Even what I just wrote, I'm having trouble articulating my point. Anyway, keep up the good work, love the videos. And it was actually a spider on my wall, not a termite.

  • You can do something about it. Start reading, practice using the language in the way it was supposed to have been spoken. One person can make a change. Maybe someone else will want to be like you and it'll cause a domino effect. Yeah, It's something to be afraid of. But, saddle up anyway. Doing something is better than watching it happen from the sidelines.

  • Damn "Fridge Mold" is the next hit!

  • Excellent point! What's so cool about being stupid?

  • THANK YOU!

  • Dance songs are also about nothing but the Hip Hop/rap artist constantly endorse 'pimped' cars, sex, drug, guns and 'banging lots of shorties'. They are womenisers and bad role models.

i dont mean all artist of urban music of course. but it seems that these types of people turn up as 'artists' in the urban genres. Thats why i stopped liking urban. Back in the 90's urban music was good. Its such a shame this genre has dropped its standards

  • I was thinking the exact same thing not long ago when I heard some song about someone's "grill". I was thinking, is this what we've come to? Singing about diamond studded teeth? No passion, no real meaning, just frivolity.

  • It's funny that you mention going to the gymn and listening to that 'music'. I commented the same thing you said to my girlfriend when working out. Same video by the way. Also, another one where this black chick is gyrating on the bus. Looks like she's fucking the bus. HA.ha. I also wonder, infidelguy. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

  • Well said and so true.

  • "There's mould in my fridge / mould in my fridge" IG got mad hiphop skillz

  • I like to pretend that the word "ass" is not part of the adjective clause "dumb ass" but rather as a separate modifier of "music", so that we have "dumb ass-music".

  • so fuckin agree with you IG!

it's just like Steve Harvey said it: 'music ain't talkin about love no more and if you don't realize the importance of love, yo ass is lackin major shit in your life'

  • Now that made me laugh out load - you captured it nicely with the irony.

  • Excessively repetitive house music I can only tolerate for so long before I want to rip out the speaker cones. And I'm picky about rap and hip hop.

Plus, I'm absolutly fed up with wanna-be gangstas.

  • THANK YOU

  • IG, I posted watch?v=alx4lyS1mfg as a video response a few times but youtube doesn't want to link it to you. check it out.

  • IG, you should attach this video as a response to this

    watch?v=D6vdD5HOSgw

  • Hey, new vids from IG!! Awesome, been waiting for that.. for some reason I missed the few previous ones you made too but seen it all now unfortunately.. I want more! :)

    Great vids as always.

  • haha, nice video. I'm not sure I agree with the idea of placing some responsibility on the artist. By that argument, should violent video games and violent movies by restricted or banned? Surely film directors and game designers are partly responsible?

  • You rule IG!

  • What does the acronym TOM stand for?

  • It is a parents responsibility to train their children so that they can live in an adult world. It is on everyones responsibility to turn the entire world into a play pen.

  • These days, all you need to be a hip-hop star is a beat and a catchphrase.

  • I must say that recent music sucks dick. Black or white, and I hate to catagorize it that way. I'm white, and I listen to this crap. NWA were a cool band. That was awesome rap, with intent. Also, whats up with all those hoes shaking their butts around like they're all whores, and they look proud of it too. It's such a shame that these are the people of this age that represent america. PHunk is right!

  • Indeed... Great video! ★★★★★

    Katalyzt

  • Look at the biggest stars in the Bible: Moses, Joshua, David, even Jesus: all thugs. Thuggery has been selling for that long. Mohamed too. People like that thuggish side of human nature and that's why it sells. I think it's the other way around, our culture produces the crap. It's not the crap that changes us.

  • IG, I hate those songs too but I think you overestimate the influence the media has on behavior. Do you think if the songs and videos were all about Science or Shakespeare that kids would emulate them? This garbage appeals to something in us. It's said but true. Look at the Bible (to be continued).

  • There's good and bad in all genre's of music...unfortunately the shit that gets played most often in popcorn type music, but I guess that's what the people in control want us to hear. I know what you are saying tho, the black youth in this country need better role models.

  • I agree so much. I love hip-hop, but it's just lost all of its meaning. It really hurts to see.

They're perpetuating an image of purblind ignorance. It's shallow. Nowadays it's more about looking good than *being* good.

  • Good video. All I can say is that first, artists can do whatever they want do. If the kids are going to get influenced, than they should not being listening to the music. It's all just harmless entertainment. It's the listener's responisbility to know right from wrong and have some common sense. Artists should have absolute freedom to express themselves. That's how I look at it.

  • I also want to bring a couple of things ups. First, if you have a problem with the musuc or the words, than don't buy the album. It's as simples as that. Also, I haven't been too pleased with what rap has become in the last couple of years. I come from an era when even tho there was a lot of variations of rap, rap was flawless. I'm talking about the old albums by Run-DMC, LL Cool J, Boogie Down Production and Plublic Enemy.

  • Public Enemy.
